Captain Matthew Cowart owns and operates 352 Inshore. He's a local captain who grew up in the area. Captain Matthew has been in construction and fishing his whole life, but fishing is his passion. He has been running 352 Inshore for the past four years and is very knowledgeable about the area. This is something the customers love the most about his trips. He is known as one of the best fishermen in Redfish and Tripletail tournaments.
