Capt. Wade is experienced in navigating the waters of Lake Texoma and is ready to take you on a therapeutic fishing experience. He is a full time firefighter when hes not on the boat catching fish. This area is known for Striped Bass, Catfish and White Bass and you'll get to catch them using live bait, trolling, jigging, or other techniques. The only way to learn is to join them on the water. A fun day is garunteed with capt.wade.

This weeks report

Jun 17, 2026 • Sadler
A little recap of the last week on the big pond. We had days we fought brutal winds, no wind, got soaked, and a pretty day or so. Fishing was up and down but we got it done. We had customers that’s fished with us yearly the last 10yrs and some that had never been in a boat. And everyone in between. All trips were filled with fun and great people. The CATFISH BITE is rolling fishing our first cat trips of the season the last couple days. #HOOKEDONRODSGUIDESERVICE #LAKETEXOMAFISHINGGUIDE #LAKETEXOMASTRIPERGUIDE #TEXASFISHINGGUIDE #BLAZERBAYBOATS #BIGMINERALCAMP #BIGMINERALMARINA #STRIPERFISHING #MEATHUNTERRODS #CATFISHING #CATFISHFISHING #LAKETEXOMACATFISHING #TEXOMACATFISHGUIDE#TONYP’SPUNCHBAIT

‼️Striper CHAOS‼️

Jun 3, 2026 • Sadler
The Texoma legendary fish is on fire right now. Catching fish at every stop and bouncing around to find the bigger fish has been key! Dropping live shad from 30-55 ft has seemed to be the trick! Catching tons of fish everyday to put a solid box of fish in the boat! The bite is mainly a morning bite at day break and continues to be good until the sun gets high and the temps rise!

Filling the freezer with catfish?

Apr 28, 2026 • Sadler
The catfish bite is about as good as it can get right now. The smaller blues 2-8lbs are plentiful right now as well as the channel catfish. These catfishing trips consist of using punch bait on points and ledges 18-30 ft deep. When they get fired up theyve been biting as fast as you can get the bait down. With the water warming up it will only get better and continue to stay good until around mid October!

Big Fish throw down?

Apr 23, 2026 • Sadler
We got on the water early and eased into a solid pattern pretty quick. After scanning around, we found fish stacked up on a ledge in about 55 feet of water. You could see them holding tight to the drop, so we set up right on top of them and got lines down with live shad. Didn’t take long before rods started loading up. The bite was steady—good, quality fish coming off that ledge one after another. Most of the action stayed consistent as long as we kept fresh bait down in the strike zone. When the school would slow for a minute, a quick reposition on the ledge would fire them right back up. All fish were caught vertically fishing live shad, keeping baits just above the fish we were marking. They were feeding well and staying grouped up, which made for a productive and fun trip. Ended the day with a strong box of fish and plenty of action. Solid conditions, good company, and a pattern that held up the whole trip. Hard to ask for much better.
