8 Hour Trip – Offshore/Reef - 1:30 PM • 2 voksneWhat an absolutely EPIC day on the water with Capt. Ben! Storms rolled through early and probably scared most people away, but Capt. Ben knew exactly what he was doing. He followed the sun, found the fish, and turned what started as a questionable weather day into one we’ll never forget. The result? 18 Mahi Mahi, every one of them a keeper, including a few massive bulls that had us grinning from ear to ear! Beyond putting us on fish, Capt. Ben is incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and just plain fun to spend the day with. He made everything feel effortless, whether you were an experienced angler or just there to enjoy the adventure. If you’re looking for a captain who works hard, knows these waters inside and out, and is committed to giving his clients an unforgettable experience, look no further. We couldn’t recommend Capt. Ben more highly and can’t wait to fish with him again!

He did an exceptional job balancing the needs of our entire group, especially with one member who had never fished before. Capt. Bryan was incredibly patient, took the time to explain everything, and made sure our first-time angler felt comfortable and confident. At the same time, he kept the rest of us on the fish, and everyone had plenty of opportunities to reel in great catches. His knowledge of the local waters, friendly personality, and ability to keep everyone engaged made for a fun, relaxing, and successful day on the water. If you're looking for a professional captain who is great with both experienced anglers and beginners, I highly recommend Uncle Slam Charters with Capt. Bryan. We couldn't have asked for a better fishing trip and will definitely be booking again!

From the moment we stepped on board, he went above and beyond to make sure everyone in our group felt comfortable and included—especially my 6-year-old daughter and my 80-year-old parents. He was patient, engaging, and made sure my daughter was not only safe but also genuinely excited and involved the entire time. The highlights of the trip were unforgettable. We saw dolphins, manatees, tiger shark, stingrays, and so much more—it felt like a full wildlife tour on top of a fantastic fishing experience. Brian’s knowledge of the fish and the local ecosystem really stood out. He shared so many interesting insights throughout the trip, which made it both fun and educational. This fishing charter combined great fishing, amazing wildlife, and an overall incredible experience. We caught plenty of fish to feed the whole family at a local restaurant that Brian recommend. 10/10!

He knew exactly where to find the fish, and we stayed on them all day. The boat was clean, well-equipped, and everything was organized, making for a smooth and enjoyable experience. Capt. Bryan was patient, helpful, and happy to share tips that made the trip even better. We caught plenty of fish and made some great memories. I highly recommend booking a trip with Capt. Bryan.

Captain Ben was fantastic — knowledgeable, friendly, and made the trip so much fun from start to finish. We caught lots of yellowtail snapper and trigger fish, which made for an exciting day on the water. One of the coolest parts of the trip was getting to see a huge sea turtle up close! It was such a memorable experience for our whole group. Highly recommend Captain Ben and Uncle Slam if you’re looking for a great fishing charter!

Regnen letter endelig i oktober, og temperaturen falder tilbage til fornuftige 85 grader. Tunaen er på sit højeste på denne tid af året, med Gulfinnet tun og Sortfinnet tun der bider godt offshore, og Tarpon og Snook fylder stadig de lavvandede områder.
