Captain Brent, a Charleston local, has been on the water his whole life. He has been fishing with his dad and grandpa since childhood, and they inspired him to become a captain later. Before becoming a captain, he worked as a boat builder and a first mate on a charter boat. Captain Brent possesses extensive knowledge of the local waters. He enjoys sharing that with other people and taking kids fishing.

    Amazing Day on the Water

    We are visiting from NY and decided to book a fishing trip last minute. Brent advised us that the odds were against us with high tide, high winds and warm water. He was so patient with the kids and persistent with trying different locations. We had a great time and ended up catching a variety of fish. We caught Red Drum, Stingray, Toad fish, Croaker, and even a crab!

    girlfriend and i had a blast!

    my girlfriend and i had one of the best time wiith brent! he knew exactly where to take us. every spot had fish and it was a blast. he gave us tips on what to do and he was very good at what he does. we caught the inshore slam! caught seatrout, red fish, a black drum, flounder, and a toadfish. most definitely will be booking with brent again when we come back!

    Family fun!

    Our family booked a 4 hr inshore fishing trip with Captain Brent and he was a great captain! very quickly got us on Red Drum and was great with kids and our group. Tried multiple different spots and was able to get everyone in our group on fish! would highly reccomend booking with Capt. Brent

    Fun Trip with Brent..

    We had a beautiful day on the water. We caught sharks, red fish, a stingray, & a toad fish. Brent was very knowledgeable, polite, & easy to talk too. The bite was off when we were there a little, but we still caught fish. A very nice fishing trip..

    Awesome morning in Charleston

    We had a great morning fishing charter in early April in Charleston, South Carolina with Brent Welch. Brent was knowledgeable, professional, and made the trip enjoyable from start to finish. The weather was beautiful, the fishing was fun, and he knew exactly where to go to keep us on fish. Highly recommend Brent if you’re looking for a relaxed and well-run charter in the Charleston area.

Hvad bider på krogen med Charleston Fishing Excursions i Charleston

De køligere temperaturer og det faldende nedbør gør kystnært fiskeri meget mere behageligt. Ørred bider godt på denne tid af året, ligesom Fårehovedhavrude, Rød trommefisk og Stortandede hvarrer. Offshore er Tun stadig i fuld gang.

Absolutely smoked the fish today! We didnt move spots the entire charter and lost count on redfish, sheepshead, black drum, and trout! Fish were caught on live shrimp and artificials!
