We had a fabulous trip! Caught multiple fish, saw a bald eagle and had an incredible guide named Darren! 

What an experience! Amazing!! 

Seriously, my day off in Newfoundland was absolutely EPIC! The scenery there is just unreal, like something out of a dream. I can't stop thinking about all the amazing views and fresh air. It was the kind of day that just makes you feel so alive and grateful. Definitely one for the memory books!

Best Trip Ever

We had an awesome time with Captin Darren!! He is an excellent guide and was very good at keeping us up to date on any changes to the weather that might of affected our fishing experience!!

Excellent fishing experience 

Beautiful sites. Darren is a gem. Great stories. Fishing was outstanding. I caught 5 different species of fish and enough mackerel to take back and feed my family. Oh and they loved it. 

Amazing Experience 

Our time with Darren was nothing short of incredible. The fishing experience on his traditional dory boat felt authentic and unforgettable. Darren’s deep knowledge of the area meant we caught plenty of fish—he knew exactly where to go for the best catches. On top of that, we got to witness bald eagles in their natural habitat, which was a magical bonus!

From the moment I booked, Darren was responsive and professional—he even called me right away to confirm the details. When the weather looked questionable, he proactively offered an alternative time, which ended up being absolutely perfect. His flexibility and dedication made the entire experience seamless.

This is now a must-do activity for us every time we return to this beautiful part of Newfoundland. A truly one-of-a-kind experience that we’ll be talking about for years to come. Thank you, Darren!


Incredible Experience 

My brother and I had a fantastic time fishing with Captain Darren Park. Not only is Darren incredibly knowledgeable fishing charter, he is a ton of fun to be around.  Despite conditions being a little tough because of the time of year and fact we were fishing mid-day (the only time Dan and I could fit in a charter), we boated 13 fish and 4 different species in a 3 hour window including 2 types of cod, mackerel, ocean perch and sculpin.  Lots of laughs and stories were shared as well that made the trip all the more memorable.  I’ll be bringing my 11 year old son next summer for the same experience!  Thanks Darren!

What a time!!!! We are still talking about this trip days later!!!!! We were supposed to kiss the cod but instead got bit just a little nibble …Darren our guide was just as excited when we caught fish !We saw several Eagles which just added so much joy to the trip!! We will be back!!!
