Captain Brent started fishing with his father at young age. As the years went by he realized fishing needed to be his full-time job. He was totally hooked and left his old job to pursue a fishing career. He started guiding fishing trips in 2003 and worked up and down the B.C. coast for the past 19 years. He arrived in Ucluelet in 2014 and was amazed by the great fishing opportunities of the area. He's passionate about sustainable fishing.

8 Timers Tur – Helleflynder / Bundfisk • 2 voksneDespite the less-than-ideal weather, we still managed to land 10 great catches thanks to the captain’s experience and guidance. He really knows his stuff and showed us some excellent fishing techniques throughout the trip. Highly recommend this charter if you’re looking for a knowledgeable and professional crew who can still deliver a great day of fishing in tough conditions!

Halvdagstur – Laks • 1 voksenA phenomenal day of fishing with Brent. He was honest before we set off about the wind making things rough out in the open ocean and what opportunities might be out of bounds, but despite this we still pulled up a limit of coho and I even got to pull in a chinook, definitely a fish to remember! Unfortunately my sea legs were not under me and Brent was very accommodating finding calmer waters where we could fish and not be so churned up by the water. The gear was high quality, I would definitely recommend this trip to anyone looking to make their Vancouver Island fishing dreams come true. Thanks Brent!

8 Timers Tur – Helleflynder / Bundfisk • 3 voksneCaptain Brent worked very hard to ensure that all three of us caught our limit of salmon. The water was also very rough so he balanced catching salmon with each of us not getting sea-sick so we could still enjoy the day. On the second day Brent selected calmer waters and we still did well catching salmon. Overall a great couple of days on the ocean fishing.
