Born and raised on the bayous of South Louisiana. I grew up with a rod n reel in my hand! Know the waters like the back of my hand. This is what makes me who I am. A local well known Redfish guide with a ton of passion and professionalism towards the game. I wake up every morning thinking about my next spot, I live and dream fishing! People call me the Red Slayer. I Have a no-fish no-pay policy. That's right; if you catch nothing you will not pay. I have well over 1000 Chartered Fishing Trips under my belt and I never come back with frowning faces. I have multiple boats that work under me so please feel free to ask if a date is unavailable.

    Inshore fishing trip

    Even on a day when everyone was complaining the fish weren't biting, our trip was successful because of Austin's extensive knowledge of the waterway. He took us to pockets were we caught redfish, black drum and even a couple of sheephead. Great trip!

    Had a great time with captin Austin, great fishing made our limit and pulled in some very nice reds and black drum with some speckle trout Captain Austin hooked us up, definitely will go fishing with him again KJ

CRAZY REDFISH ACTION!

Sunday was just one of those days that everyone dreams of! 1st stop we boated our limit of redfish by 8:40am! We caught 30-40 more and released them to fight another day! My buddy ran the 2nd boat for me with the exact same results!

Bachelor Group Redfish Action!

Bachelor Party from texas wanted to go do some inshore fishing in Louisiana! We boated 14 Redfish, 3 black drum a few sheepsheads and some other lagniappe! Was a great tip.

More Line Screaming Action!

Our Final Day we had some more fun with them big old goldfish(redfish)! We caught a dozen big female redfish that we released, a giant black drum and a few stingrays to add to the mix unexpectedly! Great 3 day trip with some favorites!

Day 2 With customers they wanted some meat for the freezer! We boated 78 Sheeps Head 1 Redfish and 1 Black drum to bring home!

Monster Redfish Day!

Day 1 with some Great customers of mine! We caught a ton of giant Redfish this day and released them to fight another day! All fish were caught on a Popping cork in 3Ft of water with a Betkley Gulp!

Fun Red Fishing down on the Bayou!

May 29, 2021 • Port Sulphur
Rodney and his crew from Texas had a great day on the water, it started out a little slow but then picked up as the tide began to rise. We boated 19 Keeper Redfish, 4 Black Drum and 3 Sheep Heads before heading to the Barn!
