    One of the Best Guided Trips We’ve Done!

    We had a great experience with fishing with Captain Andrew with Blackdot Charters! We really appreciated his positive attitude. He was friendly, patient, and genuinely seemed to care about making sure we had a great time. Most importantly, he knew where to find the fish and got us in on them! He also took the time to ask whether we wanted to keep our fish, helped make sure we got some great photos, and made the whole experience feel personal and enjoyable. We would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and fun fishing guide!

    Anniversary Trip

    We booked this charter for our one-year anniversary, and everything was great from start to finish! The captain was friendly, knowledgeable, and made sure we had an amazing experience on the water. The boat was clean, well-maintained, and we had a great time fishing. He worked hard to put us on fish, and we made some wonderful memories celebrating our anniversary. We couldn’t have asked for a better trip and would definitely book again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a fun and memorable fishing charter experience! 🎣❤️

    Best fishing charter we have EVER been on!

    I cannot even describe how amazing and delightful Captain Andrew was! He was fun, chipper, knowledgeable, and super attentive to everyones needs. He baited our hooks each time, let us take pictures after each catch, taught us the best tricks and tips for fishing in the biloxi area, kept his boat neat and clean, gave a safety briefing before going out, was ethical as one can be with the fish while fishing, and was just an overall joy to be around. I can safely say that other charter captains in the area do not do those things, as we experienced with another charter the day before. The weather put us at a disadvantage, but he was able to put us on the fish regardless and gave us awesome memories! He filleted our catch, bagged them for us, and even bagged us some ice due to us forgetting ours! He was determined for his customers to have the best experience by getting to the bait shop early to get live bait before selling out. We did the 6 hr trip and he was even more than willing to let us make pit stops to use the restroom along the way. We mentioned that we had previously bought a boat in the area, and that we were doing the charter to expand our experience with fishing in this area. Let me tell you… my jaw dropped whenever he said that we had a phone-a-friend incase we ever broke down or needed help in some way with our boat! Just an amazing captain with a wealth of knowledge! We were able to catch red drum, black drum, catchfish, croaker, and a stingray!

    Trip of a lifetime

    We all caught fish. My husband caught a couple of his bucket list fish and was thrilled. The captain worked to make sure that we were on the fish and had what we needed. He baits your hook and sets you up in the perfect spots. Made sure we had great pictures and a great time. I would fish with him again anytime.

    hard working captain

    Capt. worked hard to put us on some fish. Wife had a nice sheephwad on very first cast. He moved around a bit to help us find fish in tough conditions. Great conversations with a knowledgabe and kind captain. will book with Capt Andrew again when in this area. highly recommend

Bull redfish season is here! These big trophy fish are congregating in close so we have a great shot at casting lures to them. Its quite a thrilling trip. We gave just started to see consistent schools this past week. Thd season peaks in late October so get on the books today!

We have been seeing a great number of consistent sheepHead catches very close to shore. We don’t have to travel far and we have had great success. Everybody on board has been catching sheepshead. Best big fish fishing of the year is rig

The big bull redfish and Jack cravelle are inching closer to shore every day. We’ve been seeing schools almost every day of up to 100 to 200 fish. It has been a real workout, but an amazing experience. If a jack or a big bull red fish are on your bucket list now is the time!

Redfish run has begun!

Every fall, we see an influx of large baits called pogies. Shortly after they arrive, the large bullred fish, and Jack Gravelle start to show up in numbers. We have been seeing larger and larger schools of these fish lately. Throughout the months of September and October, and early November we have a great shot at seeing large schools of these hard fighting fish. Its a great time to fish Biloxi!
