WADE FISHING TRIP • 2 voksneCaptain Ryan is the real deal if you're looking to learn how to catch big trout and learn how to fish the flats. I've been trying artificials for several years here and never had all that much luck, but after a couple hours with him, I was finally landing the hook set on bigger and bigger trout. The only reasons I didn't land a 25 inch plus fish today was me and my gear letting me down, as I had plenty of opportunities. Thankfully, an overslot redfish decided to take pity on me and gave me the easy hookup and fight I was looking for! I would not hesitate to recommend Captain Ryan in the future and I plan on fishing with him again the next time I'm in Corpus Christi or Port Aransas!

BAY FISHING • 4 voksneWe are on a vacation in Port Aransas and decided on Sunday that we wanted to do a fishing trip and was able to book a five hour trip for that coming Tuesday. It started at 6 AM and we were done by 12 PM. The Captain was very nice and really helpful. His boat was really nice. We ended up catching five or six speckled trout. At the end of the trip, he cleaned the fish for us. My family and I had a really good time.

He truly loves what he dose, and took my son under his wing and guided him through his first wade fish trip. very impressed!!!! highly recommend, and we will be repeat customers! Ryan has everything for the beginner to the seasoned person.

Large numbers of BIG Speckled Trout

We've been seeing great numbers of 25"-29" (With a couple going 30") throughout the spring and summer. As we currently approach fall, we've already had a couple of "Northers" bringing cooler temps in and marking the beginning of my favorite time of the year to catch these Trophy fish. We'll see even better numbers in the fall and winter as these fish start feeding aggressively ahead of and after cold fronts. With all of the small baitfish leaving the bay in lower water temps, Trout tend to be less picky and a little easier to trick on lures! We're looking to have a record year here in South Texas. You won't want to miss out!

Saltwater Legend Series Port Aransas

The Saltwater Legend Series stop in Port Aransas was a huge success for my tournament team and I! We turned in a 2 day stringer good enough for 2nd place and $24k cash and prizes. We are definitely still on the Trophy Trout!

TROPHY TROUT SEASON IS HERE

Trophy trout continue to be our main focus on wading trips with artificial lures. We're averaging atleast 1 or 2 of these large fish each time out. Plenty of Redfish in the mix as well! Grab your waders and lets go!
