Trolling Yields a Bonito, One Lost

Fishing is the art of hunting fish. Sometimes, expectations don’t always match reality. The weather was beautiful, but the strong current made jigging and bottom fishing extremely challenging. So, we decided to rely on trolling and keep the journey going. We managed to land one bonito, while the second strike ended with a fish that got away. That’s fishing. Sometimes you win, sometimes the fish wins. But fishing is never only about the moment you feel a fish pulling on your line. It’s also about enjoying the ocean, feeling the waves, watching the horizon, and sharing moments with the people around you. Sometimes, fishing is simply our own time to disconnect, breathe, and enjoy what we love. Because for an angler, fishing is more than just catching fish. It’s a passion. It’s a hobby.
