peacock Fishing is hot

So far this winter has been a big surprise. We have been catching a lot a big peacocks. Last December and January were tough but throughout December our customers have been killing it! Come join us for a guaranteed fun time and tight lines.

The weather was perfect. She booked a four-hour peacock bass fishing charter in Fort Lauderdale with Fishing With Jake. We fish from 10 AM until 2 PM, and once the bait hits the water at the first spot, the fishing never slows down. I was a little worried when we arrived at the first spot because I saw a lot of weeds, and I wasn't sure how well my client would be able to cast past them. To my pleasant surprise, she cast just like a pro, and she was rewarded with every single cast with a stud Peacock Bass. In four hours, she caught over 30 fish ranging from 2 1/2 pounds to over 5 pounds. After we transferred all the pictures at the end of the trip and she told me that it was her best fishing trip that she's ever been on. There's nothing that I enjoy more than helping someone have an awesome experience.

Recently, while fishing for peacocks at some of our locations, we got lucky enough to catch some Bullseye Snakeheads that have been showing their ugly faces. They are a lot of fun to catch because they are really powerful. The average size of each snakehead that we've been catching is between 3 and 6 pounds.
