Captain Jeff goes above and beyond from start to finish of your trip. He definitely wants everyone to catch in his boat. Especially when one person loves bobber fishing, to the big fish seekers. There are just days that some fish just shut off biting. Take the good with the bad, and any day on the water with a guide is good. He knows the lake and knows the water which makes it fun and safe for all.

We took a full day trip with Jeff. Just told him we would like to catch any fish but would like to catch walleye. He took us out and ended up with a 5 gal bucket of nice fish and we even threw many back. Very knowledgeable and friendly. We had a great time. If we’re ever back in the area we will definitely use him again.

Jeff was a very attentive guide. Always ready to bait hook or take off fish! He would even hand over rods with fish on so we could have the thrill of reeling in the catch.We caught plenty of rock bass, a couple of white fish, and a jumping northern, a sup rise for all. It was a great day even if we didn’t catch a walleye.

Overall, great experience. We talked before the trip, agreed what we were looking for on the day and Cap. Jeff offered several lakes to consider. We landed on Lake Wisconsin. His flexibility lead to a great day on a beautiful lake. Caught some fish and had a great time. Jeff is just fun to fish with. He knows his stuff, has fished these lakes since his childhood, and made for a fantastic day for my wife and I. Thx Captain Jeff.

We took the afternoon trip with Captain Jeff on Lake Wisconsin. Even with the bad weather that morning and some decent winds that afternoon Captain Jeff still put us on the fish. We caught several different species of fish to include walleye, small mouth bass, yellow bass, and white bass. Captain Jeff was great, he helped my wife, who doesn’t fish much, become comfortable with the equipment and how to cast and jig for the fish.

Jeff was once again amazing on our full day out on Lake Wisconsin. It was me & Carter and Finn my 9 & 11 year old boys and Jeff was such a great guide talking with my boys the entire day about all things fishing and the different fishing areas on the lake. We caught some great fish and started out with a 23 3/4” 4 lb walleye in the first 10 minutes which set the tone for the entire day! Thank you once again Jeff and we will see you soon for another day on the lake.

Jeff was very personable, and explained everything to the kids so they could handle casting and baiting the hooks, helped them to get the fish into the boat and getting the fish off the hook. Also did a great job making filets out of the fish so we could cook them up.

My 10 year son and I had a blast half day fishing trip with JNB Guided Fishing. I highly recommend Captain Jeff for a fishing trip. He was very knowledgeable about where to go for the best fishing spots. He was super equipped with the best tackle and live bait. And his big boat was super safe and had plenty of space for casting. We caught a bunch of blue gills, walleye and smallmouth bass.

My son and I had a great day of fishing on Lake Pukaway. We caught a variety of fish and our guide made a real effort to make sure we had a good time - great conversation and information. Can't wait to go back again in Fall and next Spring and will definitely rebook with JNB Fishing!
