It was a great day and I was able to spend quality time with two Grandsons 17 and 21 years old. We had a great time. Bob was so good with these two young men and a great teacher. The fishing was a little slow and what was caught was fairly small, but I know it's fishing that happens. Bob is a great guy and knows his business and the river and he tried hard to get us on the fish. I will be back with Bob soon.

Fun family trip, our capt tried everything to put us on the fish but the wind and the weather wouldn’t cooperate. Great experience, our captain was very knowledgeable and easy going, we laughed and enjoyed talking and learning from him. He called all around and no one was catching anything, we will be back for round 2.

My 2 high school aged boys and I had a great trip. Our Captain was fun to be in a boat with and put us on some nice sized red drum.

Went out with captain joe for a full day trip. It was a great trip. We didn’t bag any keepers but he was very helpful when we got hung up or messed up the rods. He was very informative when it came to what we were doing and he did everything he could to put us on fish, but the fish had lock jaw. I will do another trip with him and will recommend my friends and family to him

Our family had a blast with Captain Jennings! He was so knowledgeable and kept our kids super entertained and fascinated by all of the wildlife we encountered. Fishing wasn’t necessarily our goal but I could tell that he would be an amazing fishing guide as well. Very personable, friendly guide who is great with adults and kids. Highly recommend!

Cap Joe was extremely knowledgeable of the area and supplied us with great gear. We caught over 10 fish and could not have asked for a better captain. Highly recommended!

My dad makes it clear, he would rather be catching fish than not. I can fish and not catch, and still enjoy it. Well this trip did not disappoint. Captain Bobby hooked us up on 3 bulls and then we tried catching some smaller species for lunch. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and most importantly, he put us on the fish. This was an awesome experience for a couple of guys who had never caught these beautiful beasts before.

Fantastic time with Bobby, he was knowledgeable, encouraging, and helpful. The 5 hour trip flew by, with most of the time having lines in the water. Have the feeling this will become an annual tradition.

Many thanks to Captain Joe for accommodating our request for an evening cruise to see the Trent River from the water. We're thinking about buying a home in New Bern and asked Capt Joe to run us around. He was on-time, incredibly polite and thoughtful. Even brought a welcome basket courtesy of his realtor wife. What a team! Once we are in the area, he will be my go to guide to teach me the ropes on local boating tips and fishing techniques. Thanks again!
