Conservation and respect of the environment are a big thing for Captain Patrick, the owner and founder of LXF. All Sailfish, Marlin, and Giant Trevally must be released. Capt. Patrick and his team have a Fish-n-Tag program, which is creating awareness and pushing conservation efforts across the region for both salt and freshwater fish species.

Without much hassle, you will be able to enjoy some fine angling opportunities after just a short ride to the fishing grounds. Your targeted species will include anything from Giant Trevally and Queenfish to Spanish Mackerel, Snapper, and Grouper. Please note, that game species and Trevally will be safely released back into the water.

Your trip will start at Samariang Aman, in Kuching. From here, you’ll drift past the tree-lined riversides and out into the open ocean. This five day excursion will take you 100 nm, where you will catch Grouper and Snapper during the day and Mackerel, Trevally, and Catfish overnight. You’ll keep moving to find the best spots, and the crew will make sure you come home with plenty of fish.
