Capt. Derek aims to tailor every trip to your specific needs, so let him know what you’re after! He specializes in light tackle fishing. You’re looking at 4 to 8-hour trips, where you’ll usually go after the likes of Grouper, Tarpon, Redfish, Snook, King Mackerel, and Spanish Mackerel, depending on the weather and time of year.

These waters are known for Snook, Redfish, Tarpon, Black Drum, Black Grouper, Red Grouper, Gag Grouper, Cobia, Mangrove Snapper, Lane Snapper, Grunt, Jack Crevalle, and more.  Fish caught during the trip are yours to take home, so long as they’re within the legal limit. The crew can even clean your catch for you. Have a cooler ready in the car!
