Rising Tide Charters LLC welcomes you to Avalon, New Jersey, and promises to make your day on the water a memorable one. Captain Scott Brown will take you inshore, nearshore, as well as offshore and will do his best to make your trip fun and productive.

Your trip will take place on a 23’ Parker center console, equipped with top-of-the-line navigational equipment and safety gear. She also comes with removable outriggers and downriggers, a live bait tank, and state-of-the-art fishing tackle. Each trip accommodates up to 6 guests and children are welcome to join, however, you’ll typically stay more inshore on kids’ fishing trips.

During summer, you can target flounder, weakfish, and other species on the back bays or the ocean. On this same ocean trip, you may also target smaller tunas, sharks, and cobia during the warmer months. You can also head offshore for tuna, mahi, and wahoo.

Captain Mark Elliott has been in the charter business for over five decades and has instilled this same passion and dedication for fishing into his son, Captain Mark Elliott Jr. Capt. Mark Jr has been the first mate on Gone Fishin’ since the age of 8. As soon as he was 18, he officially joined his father to carry on his legacy.
