Aucune sortie sur le lac Michigan n'est complète sans Whitecap Charters. Cette entreprise familiale est détenue et exploitée par le capitaine Kent Seymour, un pêcheur expérimenté et un guide patient. Son équipage ne ménagera pas ses mots pour vous initier aux bases de la pêche – ils travailleront dur pour s'assurer que vous remplissiez votre glacière et que vous fassiez de belles prises.
La saison commence en mai et se poursuit jusqu'en octobre. Vous utiliserez du matériel de pêche légère au printemps et en été, puis passerez à la pêche lourde plus tard dans la saison.
La liste de vos prises potentielles comprendra le saumon argenté et le saumon royal, le doré jaune, la truite de lac et la truite commune européenne, la perchaude et la truite arc-en-ciel (Steelhead). Lors de votre journée sur le lac Michigan, vous utiliserez du matériel et des équipements de haute qualité de Shimano, Okuma et Ugly Stik.
Le 'TROUBLE MAKER' est un bateau à cabine Bayliner Trophy Pro de 29 pieds avec suffisamment d'espace pour accueillir jusqu'à 6 pêcheurs. Il est entièrement équipé de tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour une journée productive sur le lac Michigan, de l'électronique de pointe aux toilettes privées.
Toutes les sorties comprennent l'utilisation du matériel, des équipements, des appâts et le service de nettoyage du poisson.
Un service de restauration est également disponible moyennant des FRAIS SUPPLÉMENTAIRES pour les pêcheurs occupés qui n'ont pas le temps de prendre leur déjeuner et leurs boissons avec eux.

Captain Kent was super and very personable. That guy knows his stuff and put us on some fantastic fishing. Put some nice Kings & Lake Trout in the cooler. This was truly a wonderful time on the lake.

Great Morning Trip

The bite was slow for all boats, all evening. However, Kent he put in a little extra time and we put 4 quality fish in the boat in about 20 minutes! That kind of effort is appreciated!

My father, brother, and I had a nice time out with Captain Adam. We caught our limit for lake trout and tried for salmon, but it was too early in the evening. The boat was nicely equipped, and the dock was easy to find. Parking was easier than I thought it would be. It is one street over from the marina and wasn’t crowded which I thought it would be because the main street it connects to was jampacked at that time of day. This was our first charter trip so a bit more information about what was happening would have been helpful. When all the rods started getting set up, we weren’t actually sure we’d be doing anything at all except watching. But as it turns out, we are the ones to reel the fish in. An FYI, if you’re new like us.
