Lorsque vous vous rendez au Texas, la pêche de poissons plats à la foëne devrait figurer en tête de votre liste de choses à faire ! Réservez une sortie avec Capt. Joe's Flounder Ventures pour une expérience agréable et sécurisée qui fera l'envie de tous vos amis.

Capt. Joe pratique la pêche de poissons plats à la foëne depuis plus de 2 décennies maintenant et adore partager sa passion avec les autres. La pêche à la foëne sous les étoiles est une expérience magique. Vous n'avez besoin d'aucune expérience ! Tant que vous avez plus de 12 ans, vous pouvez venir, apprendre à pêcher à la foëne et harponner votre propre dîner – une sensation vraiment géniale.

Vous partirez une fois la nuit tombée, donc selon le mois, cela peut être dès 19h30 ou beaucoup plus tard, vers 20h30. Vous pêcherez pendant 5 heures ou jusqu'à ce que vous ayez attrapé plus de 20 poissons, selon ce qui arrive en premier. En plus des Flets, vous pourrez également pêcher à la foëne le Grand tambour et le Rondeau mouton.

La sortie se fera sur le bateau personnalisé de 24 pieds de Capt. Joe, construit en 2018. Il y a assez de place pour 6 personnes à bord, avec 2 personnes pêchant à la foëne en même temps. Le moteur de traîne sans fil vous aidera à vous approcher suffisamment des poissons sans les effrayer.

Tout l'équipement nécessaire pour une sortie de pêche à la foëne réussie est inclus dans le prix. Vous devrez apporter votre propre nourriture et boisson, qui pourront être placées dans la glacière du capitaine sur le bateau. Veuillez acheter une licence avant la sortie.

Cette sortie est vraiment une expérience à vivre absolument. Capt. Joe's Flounder Ventures et l'équipage ont hâte de vous accueillir à bord de leur bateau personnalisé pour passer une soirée formidable à pêcher le Flet à la foëne.

Le bateau peut partir soit de Conn Brown Harbor à Aransas Pass, TX, soit de Port Aransas Harbor Boat Ramp à Port Aransas, TX.

From start to finish, this fishing trip exceeded all expectations. The captain was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly friendly—making everyone feel welcome, whether you were a seasoned angler or picking up a gig for the first time. The boat was clean, well-equipped, and perfectly suited for a night out on the water.
We hit the water early, and within the first hour, we were giggling fish! The guides knew all the best spots and shared great tips throughout the night .

We had a great time! My families first time gigging. Trip was early bday gift to my son and he had a blast. Capt gave tips and texhnique to my son. My son got his limit including a door mat almost 25 inches. He got another one about 22 inches. My wife and I got a couple each. Water conditions were hit, some spots great, some a bit murky but Capt Joe kept us moving to get to ideal spots. Overall great trip. Left the dock at 7:30, back shortly after 1am.

Hard working, customer-centric Captain

Captain Joe works hard and is accommodating. He was very communicative. I reached out to him with questions and with some request. He was very prompt in responding and helped us out with our needs.
Our group had a hard night fishing with poor conditions, but Cap. Joe kept trying spots, kept trying, and we eventually all went home with fish. I could tell that was important to him. And, we had lots and lots of fun!
His language was not near as salty as many other captains, which I appreciated and would make me feel better about taking kids and inviting friends who may not appreciate such language. 
All in all, you can't go wrong with Captain Joe. I've had family members go out with him, and they share the same. Joe's the one in the Port A area if you want to gig flounders.

Great guide not only because he put us on the fish. It is fishing so catching wasn’t expected it’s just nice when it does happen. He was a great guide because he was punctual, professional, and educational. He had good communication the entire time. I’ve done dozens of guided trips, be it hunting or fishing this trip rates up with the best guide services I’ve been on.

We went out last night with Capt Joe as the final event of a loaded fishing weekend. Hands down, this was the best event of the weekend. Capt Joe was polite, patient, and organized, and most importantly he PUT US ON THE FISH!
We all limited out thanks to his knowledge of the flats and help spotting flounder. The water was wind blown and clarity was so-so, but he’s got an eagle eye for flounder in the sand and was able to spot for us. 

At the end of the night we had 20 flounder to clean and despite the fact that it was 1:45 AM, he patiently taught us how to clean the fish and indulged us when we asked to help move the process along and clean filets. I’m really excited to come back again soon— thank you Joe!
