Guide Ide Fishing Service – 19'
Guide Ide Fishing Service is calling you aboard for some thrilling lake fishing in south Wisconsin's smaller, yet by no means less productive, lakes. Team up with Captain Douglas Ide and you're in for a treat. Having fished his whole life, he hopes to share his passion with others. His goal is to nurture a friendly fishing atmosphere for all guests, be you a veteran or novice.
You'll be fishing from his 19' Lund aluminum fishing boat that runs on a single 150 HP Mercury outboard engine. Capable of reaching breathtaking speeds over 50 knots, this vessel will have you on the fishing grounds in no time – because that's what it's all about. Fitted with a GPS and fishfinder, you'll get there with ease, while the wireless trolling motor will help you quietly navigate the shallower spots when going after easily-spooked fish.
Speaking of fish, the local lakes are filled to the brim with a number of exhilarating freshwater species. Depending on the season and weather conditions, Capt. Douglas will advise you where best to go. From Lake Como and Geneva Lake to Delavan Lake, you're invited to come and see for yourself some nationwide favorite fish.
On a regular trip, your main targets will usually be Largemouth and Smallmouth Bass, Lake Trout, and Walleye. Known for their tendency to try and wriggle away from your line, these delicious fish are not only excellent table fare, but also make for a fantastic fishing experience.
Capt. Douglas will provide you with all the necessary rods, reels, and terminal tackle for the trip. The only thing you'll need to bring is a valid freshwater fishing license. Feel free to also pack some drinks and snacks to stay refreshed, and then you're good to go. Come aboard Guide Ide Fishing Service and make some lasting memories!

Everythink was good.

Thanks brother that was a blast

First time trip for my son and I fishing lake Geneva couldn’t have gone better. Doug is a great and patient guide that gave us a ton of pointers. He brought us out and put us right on the bluegills! Fantastic service!
We had a great experience with Captain Doug Ide. He is friendly, very knowledgeable worked really hard to get us on fish. Absolutely will book with him again on our next trip.
