Are you looking for your ultimate Alaskan fishing expedition? If so, then Takeena Adventures is the right charter for you! Captain Chris Lillehoff and his crew are outdoor experts and they always strive to give you the best experience available. Their base is Sitka in southeastern Alaska, from where they'll take you to your angling escapade.
When you book one of the 5-days-5-nights trips on offer, you'll be fishing and living on a premier vessel that is their 62' Sewart SeaCraft motor yacht. The boat is spacious and very comfortable for a group of up to 6 anglers. Because the yacht is large and stable, you'll be able to fish further and explore out-of-fishing-reach areas.
On board, there's a big salon and galley (kitchen), 4 comfortable staterooms with bunk beds and restrooms, and a fishing deck of your dream. With tremendous visibility throughout, you won't miss a single vista and you'll have plenty of space to fight your catch.
Speaking of catch, the stars of these trips are Salmon, impressive-sized Chinook (King) and Coho Salmon, to be more precise. Alaska is famous for superb Salmon action, and Capt. Chris is there to take you to the best of the best fishing grounds. The summer bite here is nothing like you've ever seen and once you get a taste of it, you'll always come back for more.
The trips take place from Sunday to Friday and include all top-of-the-line equipment, so you don't have to bring your own. If you'd like to do a bit of everything, Capt. Chris can set pots for Spot Prawn and Dungeness Crab daily, and whatever you catch will be served as the next meal.
These expeditions are all-inclusive, so everything from accommodation, meals, non-alcoholic drinks, and fish processing/freezing to licenses is included in the price of the package. Anglers of all levels are welcome to join the fun, and if you'd like to come with kids, make sure they're 10 and older.

Fished for the last 10 years with Chris while he was a captain for Island view charters in Sitka,Alaska. Chris is very knowledgeable about fishing and also very personable with all of his clients. He makes your trip for how you want it and for what you want to fish for. Chris also very knowledgeable about the area.
Bones is an outstanding Captain and knows how to get on the fish. I have fished annually with him for the past five years and look forward to the next one.
Bones is the best. Knowledgeable of the area and how to maximize the catch, he made sure my friends and I got our limits all while soaking up the majestic beauty that is Sitka Alaska. We'll definitely be back!
