En tant qu'entreprise familiale, le père et le fils sont des capitaines de 5e et 6e génération, nés et élevés à Islamorada, en Floride. La passion de la pêche coule dans leurs veines.
L'équipement de pêche du bateau est presque entièrement composé de matériel de pêche légère, spécialement conçu pour ce type de pêche. Les produits Shimano, Daiwa et Penn International sont tous couramment utilisés et fournis à bord. Le capitaine Eric maîtrise parfaitement la pêche à la mouche et la pêche légère, et s'engage à vous montrer le potentiel de la pêche sur les flats des Keys de Floride.
Quel que soit le cap que vous fixez, vous disposerez d'un bateau fiable pour vous mettre sur la bonne voie. Vous pêcherez depuis un skiff Hewes Redfisher de 18 pieds. Il est propulsé par un moteur Yamaha de 115 chevaux et peut atteindre des vitesses allant jusqu'à 30 nœuds. Le bateau peut accueillir jusqu'à deux pêcheurs. Le bateau est équipé d'électronique de navigation, d'un vivier et stocke du matériel de qualité.
Le capitaine Eric pêche dans les eaux locales depuis plus de 25 ans, ciblant principalement des espèces telles que la banane de mer, le pompaneau plume, le brochet de mer, le tambour rouge et le tarpon. Il a participé avec succès à divers tournois de pêche locaux, notamment le Redbone Celebrity Tournament, l'Islamorada Sailfish, le Backcountry Challenge et bien d'autres.
En fin de compte, quel que soit le type de sortie que vous choisissez, ce sera une expérience inoubliable. Tout l'équipement de pêche, les mouches, les appâts vivants et artificiels, ainsi que les permis de pêche requis sont couverts et fournis par le capitaine Scoble. Des gilets de sauvetage commerciaux sont disponibles pour les enfants. Apportez de la nourriture et des boissons. From the moment me and my friend boarded the vessel, Captain Scoble’s professionalism and attentiveness were evident. He immediatly demonstrated his extensive knowledge of the local waters and the species we would target.
Throughout the trip, Captain Scoble’s personable demeanor made the outing not only enjoyable but also engaging and educational. Being a third generation fishing guide, his passion for fishing and deep understanding of the environment and the fisheries created an atmosphere that fostered both learning and conversation among us. Remarkably, we filled our fish box with an impressive catch of trout, providing us with a delightful dinner.

Took 13 year old grandson fishing. Dylan, our guide, put us on fish immediately! I wanted grandson to catch fish, and boy, did he ever! Highlight for him was catching 2 sharks. Lots of sea trout and a couple of snooks. Fantastic trip!

Half Day early morning trip

Capt. Eric was an absolute treat. For one, he was extremely knowledgable about fishing, the birdlife, the general area and so easy to talk with the entire time. He made sure to be in an area where he knew the fish were (we landed 6 species in the short time out) even though it seemed like a long run to the spot. But he managed to put me on, coach me through and land a fish of a lifetime…. And then outrun a brewing thunderstorm to get us safely back to the dock perfectly on time. Cannot recommend this company enough.

What more could you ask for than a 4th generation Isla Morada native as a guide. Decided to stay in close since the wind was blowing and it was a cold day for Keys standards. Went for species count over size and had a ball! I think we counted 15 different by the end of the trip including one good size Lady fish that put on a good show. Eric was a fountain of knowledge as well as shared alot of History about the life in the Mid Keys. He also has a son that runs a second boat that I met breifly and with his Dad's knowledge and his pesonality it makes a great father and son team.
