Votre bateau pour la journée sera un bateau de flats Bay Craft de 18 pieds pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 3 pêcheurs. Il est propulsé par un moteur Evinrude de 115 CV et est équipé de tous les équipements électroniques modernes GPS, sondeur, ainsi que radio utilisés pour des déplacements sûrs et efficaces sur l'eau. Le bateau est équipé d'un vivier pour vous fournir des appâts vivants.
Lors de votre sortie, vous aurez l'occasion de cibler le bar blanc, le vivaneau des mangroves, le mérou noir, le tarpon, le thazard atlantique, la guinée-machète, la carangue crevalle, et bien plus encore. Les techniques de pêche que vous pourrez utiliser incluent la pêche de fond, la pêche à la traîne, la pêche au lancer, la pêche à la dandinette, la pêche à la mouche, la pêche à la dérive, et même la pêche au harpon. Vous et le capitaine pouvez garder le poisson que vous attrapez et vous êtes libre d'amener des enfants lors de votre sortie.
Le capitaine fournira tout, du matériel de pêche aux appâts en passant par les collations et les boissons jusqu'aux permis. Il peut également nettoyer vos prises gratuitement. Vous devriez apporter votre propre équipement de pêche à la mouche et de pêche au harpon si vous avez l'intention d'utiliser ces techniques lors de votre sortie.

Coming from a master guide and Outfiter at home these are my comments:
If you’re looking for just a smooth, easy-going guy that knows how to catch fish this is your man. First and foremost he was very safe, and had complete control of his boat and knew the water weighs like the back of his hand. We stayed on the fish the entire time we were on the boat catching several different varieties. I highly recommend Johnny and we will be visiting again.! He is a true native to the area and you get the full Florida fishing experience! Hands down 5 star!

Capt. Funk delivered the ultimate fishing experience. The boat was clean the crew was nice and Capt. Funk…. Simply delightful. My kids had a great time and are already asking when they can when they can go back and see Capt Funk (quite frankly so am I). Turns out you can catch the biggest fish in those small inlets. We caught an inshore slam and our expectations were shattered. It’s almost as if he has x ray vision through the murkiest depths of the sea, he’s a walking talking fish finder. If you book em he’ll hook Funked Up Fishing is the way to go!

Awesome Experience

Great day on the charter boat with Captain Johnny. We had an incredible outing! The weather was nice and Captain Johnny was an awesome guide. He knew the best spots on the Riviera Bay. Johnny seemed very knowledgeable and made me feel safe while on the charter. This was especially gratifying considering, I have a fear of the water. Very professional service, awesome tunes, and a very relaxed atmosphere. I was able to enjoy the full fishing experience with a charter company that was also able
to calm my fears and made the experience worthwhile and memorable.

4 hour trip with captain John funk

What a day!! I have been on a few fishing charters in the past but this by far was the best. Captain Funk knew exactly where to go, I never thought I would be sore from fishing but here I am writing this with a sore bicep from pulling on so many fish!! I will definitely be back on the water with captain Funk very soon.
