Bienvenue chez Salty Habitz Fishing Charter. Au départ de plusieurs emplacements à Key Biscayne, l'objectif du Capitaine Jimmy, en plus de vous mettre sur le poisson, est de vous assurer une journée formidable et mémorable sur l'eau.
Votre sortie se déroule à bord d'un bateau de baie Hydra Sport de 23' qui dispose de tous les gadgets, équipements électroniques et matériel de pêche nécessaires pour vous mettre sur le poisson et le ramener. Cet Hydra Sport n'est pas qu'un simple bateau, mais un bateau spacieux avec une largeur de 9' permettant à jusqu'à 4 personnes de pêcher confortablement tout en naviguant dans des eaux aussi peu profondes qu'un pied. Et si vous avez besoin d'un banc de sable ou d'une pause à la plage, alors ce bateau de baie est parfait pour vous. Le Capitaine Jimmy recommande également de sauter dans l'eau pour voir ce qu'il y a en dessous, car du matériel de plongée avec tuba peut être fourni.
Vous pouvez cibler différentes espèces côtières telles que le Brochet de mer, le Tarpon, la Truite de mer tachetée, et selon la saison, le Maquereau. Lors de la pêche sur récif, vous rechercherez diverses espèces de Vivaneau et de Mérou. Vous pouvez également explorer la pêche à la dérive ainsi que la pêche à la traîne au large pour cibler certaines espèces pélagiques.
Tout le matériel de pêche, la glace et l'eau, ainsi qu'un permis de pêche sont inclus dans votre sortie. De plus, si vous souhaitez faire un arrêt sur un récif et vérifier ce qu'il y a en dessous, le capitaine peut apporter du matériel de plongée avec tuba. Assurez-vous d'apporter de la crème solaire, un chapeau, des lunettes de soleil et une collation. Ce n'est pas non plus une mauvaise idée d'apporter un imperméable en été.

This was a trip my partner and I went on while visiting Miami for vacation. I had never fished before while he had. Captain Jimmy taught me the fishing basics/skills and went out of his way to help me catch fish. He helped my partner with more intermediate skills. We the day with snorkeling. Captain Jimmy truly went above and beyond make sure we had a great time. We learned so much! His nephew also assisted on the boat and was just as kind and helpful. Would recommend this trip to all, but especially those in a group or pair with different levels of fishing experience.
The kids' fishing trip with Captain Jimmy was a major highlight of our Miami vacation. Jimmy was a natural with my kids, aged 7 and 12, who had fished only once before. Jimmy was friendly and patient, engaging, and so knowledgeable about the marine life we encountered. He found a calm, quiet spot where my kids caught grunt, triggerfish, and even a hogfish! (He pulled out all of the stops to make sure they caught fish!) I would highly recommend booking with Jimmy. My son is now asking when we can go fishing again!

My son has wanted to catch a shark for years now but we never had luck. Our captain said he’s gonna do everything he can to make sure we get on the sharks, and he kept his promise! We hooked a monster and fought it to the surface. Best trip I’ve had ever! Thanks captain!

Three of us booked a morning fishing trip with Captain Jimmy to celebrate a birthday. It was real fun and Captain Jimmy made sure to bring us to some spots with biting fish. Since we were beginners he showed us how to fish and set up all the bait and tackle. He was very nice and answered all our questions and gave us some background on fishing adventures. We would certainly take a trip with Captain Jimmy again.
My son and I had a great time fishing in Key Biscayne, FL. My son really wanted to catch some barracuda for the first time. He caught his first barracuda on his first cast of the morning! We caught our fair share of barracuda, jack and snapper. We finished the day strong with my son hooking up with a nice blacktip shark. Captain Jimmy knows how/where to find the fish! We will definitely fish with him again next year.
