Montauk a un poisson qui porte votre nom, alors laissez Charter Boat Windy vous aider à l'attraper ! Le capitaine John sera votre guide, ce qui vous permettra de bénéficier d'années d'expérience de pêche.
Bar rayé, Thon albacore, Flet, Thon rouge, Tassergal, Requin bleu, Requin-renard, Fanfre noir d'Amérique, Morue et bien d'autres peuplent ces eaux, selon la période de l'année.
Lors de ces sorties, vous pourrez pratiquer la pêche à la traîne et la pêche de fond en utilisant du matériel léger ou lourd.
Vous pensez emmener toute la famille ? Les enfants sont absolument les bienvenus ! N'oubliez pas de demander si des gilets de sauvetage pour enfants sont disponibles, sinon vous devriez apporter les vôtres. N'oubliez pas non plus d'apporter des collations pour que personne ne devienne grincheux le ventre vide !
Vous vous retrouverez à bord d'un Downeast de 40 pieds pouvant accueillir 6 passagers. Il dispose de tangons, de downriggers, d'un fauteuil de combat et de tous les équipements essentiels sans lesquels aucune machine de pêche ne peut fonctionner. Il y a des toilettes à bord pour votre confort. De plus, ce bateau est accessible aux fauteuils roulants.
Votre capitaine fournira les cannes et moulinets, ainsi que les leurres. Les appâts vivants sont disponibles, mais assurez-vous de vous renseigner à ce sujet pour savoir si vous devrez les attraper vous-même.
Vous aurez l'aide d'un premier lieutenant pour vous mettre sur le poisson. Un pourboire de 10 à 20 % est d'usage pour montrer votre appréciation de leur travail acharné.
Le bateau de pêche encadrée couvre votre permis de pêche, présentez-vous simplement prêt à passer un bon moment ! Certains poissons ont des réglementations spéciales, notamment concernant les périodes où vous pouvez les garder. Si vous ne savez pas à quoi vous attendre, demandez au capitaine.
Quelques articles à apporter incluent de la crème solaire (non en spray), un chapeau, de l'eau en bouteille et des lunettes de soleil. Si vous souhaitez apporter d'autres boissons, demandez simplement. L'alcool est autorisé avec modération, à condition d'éviter les spiritueux ainsi que les bouteilles en verre.

Great day on the water

Capt John and his first mate were great. Took us to the spots where the fish were. Went out with my wife, daughter and son in law. They were very helpful with my wife. The only regret of the day was my wife caught more fish then me. I’ll never hear rhe end of it. I would highly recommend.

We booked Windy Charters as they were recommended to us by Friends. And they DID NOT DISAPPOINT!!! John our captain was Excellent and was very focused on getting us fish, which he did well. And Mike his Mate is the hardest working Mate I have ever met. We caught lots of sea Bass and Blue fish and then went for Tuna. When we hooked up to a Monster Tuna and fought it for over 5 hrs Mike never left our side and John (Captain) kept the boat squared up to the fish all the time, These two are hard core fishermen and were absolutely awesome! I HIGHLY reccommend them... You will not be disappointed. I have done many Charters and these two guys where by far the best! Will see you again.

June fishing trip
Extended Day Trip – Tuna le June 19, 2024
John and Mike are hands down the best in the business. Never in the last decade have I left without a cooler full and an experience of a lifetime. Recently brought my son who is visually impaired they accommodated accordingly and made it such a wonderful time for all that were on board. John knows the waters unlike anyone I’ve ever met and is a true Captain always ready always courteous all around a great time every time. I will be on the Windy for the rest of my life without a doubt.

Early Father’s Day
Full Day trip – Inshore le June 10, 2023
Captain John and his Crew were amazing! They helped the beginner fishers and provided clear instruction on how to use the rods. They were responsive and helpful when the beginners tangled up their lines. Heading out with Captain John is a guarantee catch. Crew cleans the fish however you want and all I can say is I am always content with everything that the Windy has to provide.

What a great day on the water with Captain John. He knew exactly where the fish were. We caught large porgies and Sea Bass, porgies were plenty! Boat was comfortable with plenty of room and the crew were fun to fish with. Will be trying an overnighter next time!!!!!
