Saumon, Flétan, Sébaste, Lingue-morue, Thon rouge, Crabe et bien d'autres espèces peuplent ces eaux si vous venez à la bonne période de l'année. Le jour de votre sortie, vous pratiquerez probablement la pêche à la traîne et la pêche de fond.

Les familles qui souhaitent passer une journée complète seront ravies de savoir que les enfants sont les bienvenus à bord ! N'oubliez pas de demander si des gilets de sauvetage pour enfants sont disponibles, sinon, vous devrez apporter les vôtres. Des collations sont toujours une bonne idée pour que personne ne devienne grognon le ventre vide !

Votre bateau de pêche pour la journée est un Parker de 25 pieds pour la pêche sportive au large, avec une capacité de 6 passagers. Il est équipé de tangons, de downriggers et de tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour une journée productive sur l'eau. Vous trouverez cannes, moulinets et matériel qui vous attendent.

Avant de monter à bord, vous devrez peut-être acheter un permis de pêche local pour tous les membres de votre groupe. Ces informations sont généralement disponibles en ligne, ou vous pouvez demander au capitaine. Certaines espèces peuvent être interdites ou nécessiter une étiquette spéciale, alors assurez-vous de savoir à quoi vous attendre. Il est toujours sage d'apporter de la crème solaire (non en spray), un chapeau, de l'eau en bouteille et des lunettes de soleil. Si vous souhaitez apporter d'autres boissons, demandez simplement. L'alcool est autorisé avec modération, évitez simplement les spiritueux ainsi que les bouteilles en verre.

Last Meal delivered exactly the personalized charter fishing trip I hoped for to celebrate my “little” brother’s 50th birthday—and then went above and beyond. We booked the Crabs + Dabs trip, and while unseasonably large swells made locating our crab pots tricky, the crew still put us on plenty of rock and flat fish and provided amazing on-deck service.
What really impressed us was the extra effort from Captain Stephon and deckhand Ryan. After the charter ended, they went back out to recover some of the pots and later dropped off the crabs we managed to catch right at our rental home in Carmel. That kind of dedication turned a great day into an unforgettable experience.
There’s more to the story, but all you need to know is this: we’ll definitely be booking with Last Meal again—hopefully very soon!

5 Hour Trip – Rockfish le July 6, 2025 • 2 adultes • 2 enfants

I have been wanting to take the family on a fishing trip for a while and have contacted a few different boats to make sure that it would be a good fit.  My hope was to get the kiddos hooked on fishing so that they could be my excuse to go fishing whenever I want to :).  

Captain Stephon and his deckhand definitely went above and beyond what I have ever experienced.  From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, they made sure that we were extremely comfortable and well informed.  Putting us on the fish for non stop action certainly helped, but feeling like you were being cared for like family really made this trip stand out from all of my others.  My family is already trying to figure out when we can go again, goal accomplished!

My recommendation would be to book with Last Meal as soon as you can, you will not be disappointed.

Caught our limit!

Had a great experience fishing with this crew! We went for my daughters 16th birthday and Steph and his crew were patient with the two teenage girls and made sure they had a good time! They were knowledgable about where to keep us catching fish! When we stopped catching in one area we moved onto the next to keep it going. We caught our limit and had a blast! Thank you

A great catch!

We came home wirh a couple dozen cravs and pounds of filleted fish (despite the cold and very wet weather). Steph and Ryan were great.  Full of smiles and making it fun for all.
