Casting Nets Guide Service

My group had a great day with Captain Dave! Fishing was slow to start for all anglers around the lake and Captain Dave worked very hard to find aome fish and was successful! we caught plenty of fish and he was a great guide! Extremely nice guy! Included in my group was my 7 yesr old niece and Captain Dave was phenominal with her! great trip, great guide, highly recommended!

My family of 4 (2 adults, 2 kids 14,15) had a wonder time on our trip! Captain Dave was not only very experienced and knowledgeable about fishing, but was also a tour guide. He gave us a lot of history of the islands and surrounding area. He also was very eager to get us involved as much or as little as each of us preferes. We had a great time!
Thr cap explained all the equipment on the boat the downriggers planer boards and such and how to fish for salmon with that gear ww were using had alot of fun and would Def do it again
Beautiful day, caught a lot of fish including lake trout, brown trout, coho salmon, and one big king salmon. Captain Dave was very friendly, knowledgable, and patient and taught my 15 yo son and I so much about Lake Superior fishing. So worth it!!
highly recommend! we spent over 6 hours with captain dave and greg. both knowledgeable and friendly, willing to teach and share!

Dave was great, fishing was great, weather was great, islands were beautiful. We have an abundance of fresh fish filets to bring home to remind us of a perfect day.
Both the captain and deck hand worked hard to get us on fish. Weather was not good either. Very knowledgeable and capable of giving you a great experience on Lake Superior.
Captain Dave not only put us on fish but was very friendly and taught us how and why he was doing things the way he was and answered any questions we had
Captain was very knowledgeable. We caught 8 fish. We highly recommend Captain Dave.

I took 2 of my boys and their cousin on a birthday trip and booked with Casting Nets and Captain Dave. What a great guy! This adventure felt more like a trip with a family member than a stranger. He was friendly, funny and very knowledgeable. We had a lot of fun and would absolutely do it again. Thank you, Dave!!
