Crab Burner Charters propose des sorties pour toute la famille, les 'sorties de pêche pour enfants' sont idéales pour les débutants et les jeunes enfants qui souhaitent découvrir la baie et certains poissons et crabes qu'ils peuvent attraper en chemin.

Le capitaine Mason vous accueille à bord d'un Coastal Skiff 271 de 27 pieds pouvant accueillir 6 passagers. Il est équipé de tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour passer une journée productive sur l'eau. Tout le matériel et les équipements nécessaires sont fournis.

Il est d'usage de donner un pourboire au premier lieutenant de 10 à 20 % pour montrer votre appréciation.

Le bateau de sortie encadrée couvre votre permis de pêche, présentez-vous simplement prêt à passer un bon moment ! Certains poissons et crabes ont des réglementations spéciales, notamment concernant les périodes où vous pouvez les garder. Si vous ne savez pas à quoi vous attendre, demandez au capitaine. Parmi les essentiels à apporter figurent les lunettes de soleil et la crème solaire. Des boissons seront disponibles pour vous. L'alcool est autorisé avec modération, évitez simplement les alcools forts ainsi que les bouteilles en verre.

We had an incredible experience with Captain Mason of Crab Burner Charters! He went above and beyond with the boys—super knowledgeable, patient, and really took the time to teach them all about crabbing and fishing. The kids loved getting up close with the crabs and learning the ropes, and Mason made the entire trip fun, educational, and exciting.

He specializes in kids fishing trips, and you can really tell he loves what he does. The boys are already talking about our next trip with him—we will definitely be back again soon!

First time fishing experience with toddlers.

We had the most amazing time on our very first fishing trip with our little ones, and it was all thanks to Mason! As first-time fishers with a three-year-old and a one-year-old in tow, we weren’t quite sure what to expect but Mason made the entire experience smooth, fun, and memorable.

He was incredibly patient and kind, taking the time to explain everything in a way that was easy to understand. What really stood out was how wonderful he was with our kids, especially helping our older son work through his fear of fish and crabs. By the end of the trip, our son was smiling, curious, and even excited to hold a crab!

If you're in Dewey Beach and thinking about a family-friendly fishing adventure, I can’t recommend Mason enough. He’s knowledgeable, great with kids, and clearly loves what he does. We’ll definitely be booking another trip with him in the future!

The perfect trip.

I recently went on a morning fishing trip that exceeded all our expectations! From the moment we boarded, our captain made us feel welcome with his great personality and vast knowledge of the area. He was attentive and ensured everyone on the boat was having a fantastic time. 

We caught a lot of fish, which made the experience even more thrilling! What surprised me the most was my daughter, who wasn’t initially keen on going, ended up having such a blast that she asked if we could go again the very next day! That says it all about the awesome time we had.

If you’re looking for a fun and memorable fishing adventure, I highly recommend this boat and crew! You won’t regret it!

If you're on the fence about booking this trip with Captain Mason - leap off and do it right now.

Our family of 3 had an amazing time - and our teenage son, who is generally crabby about waaaay too many things - had a blast!

Mason is knowledgeable, thoughtful, kind, patient, personable - we truly couldn't have asked for a better person to take us.

We felt as if we were hanging out with an old friend who also happened to have a boat and all things needed to fish and catch crabs - not someone who we just met.

Our friendly competition ended with our son (who started off catching nothing) winning after catching 19 fish - he caught 2 fish at a time three separate times!! - my husband catching 18 and I caught 16 fish.

On the way back we pulled up some crab traps and Mason explained everything to us and answered all of our questions. We learned a great deal.

This was our first trip to the area and if we ever come back, we are definitely going to "hook up" with Mason again.

Thank you for a fantastic afternoon, Mason! You're an absolute gem!

Wonderful family experience!

Mason was the perfect mix of professional and patient with our crew of young anglers. We made memories that will last a lifetime, including catching a shark!! We will absolutely book this trip again!!
