Partez à la pêche avec Malama Charters Hilo à bord d'un bateau de pêche sportive personnalisé de 32'. Le capitaine Jerry sera votre guide, vous donnant accès à de nombreuses années d'expérience en pêche sportive.
Les espèces locales comprennent le Thazard-bâtard (Ono), la Coryphène, le Thon albacore, la Bonite à ventre rayé, le Barracuda, le Marlin rayé, le Marlin bleu et le Marlin noir, le Vivaneau rouge, rose, rayé et gris, la Carangue géante, la Sériole, et bien plus encore. Notre méthode principale de pêche est la pêche à la traîne avec des leurres pour le gros, cependant vous pourrez pratiquer la pêche légère si les conditions le permettent, la pêche à la dandinette, la pêche de fond avec des moulinets électriques, ou peut-être quelque chose de plus spécialisé dans certaines zones pour cibler une espèce.
Le capitaine Jerry croit qu'il faut apprendre aux enfants à pêcher dès leur plus jeune âge, alors n'hésitez pas à en faire une journée en famille ! Les enfants doivent avoir 7 ans ou plus, porter des gilets de sauvetage s'ils ont moins de 12 ans, vous devrez donc fournir un gilet de sauvetage approprié pour votre enfant.
Vous monterez à bord d'un bateau de pêche sportive Radovich de 32' rénové pouvant accueillir 6 passagers et doté d'un immense pont de pêche arrière de 13'x14'. Il est équipé de tangons, de cannes et moulinets Penn #80 et #130 pour le gros commerciaux avec tous les équipements essentiels. Nous n'avons pas de fauteuil de combat, cependant nous avons un siège de combat. Il y a des toilettes verrouillables à bord pour votre confort. Vous trouverez des cannes, des moulinets et du matériel qui vous attendent, ainsi que nos leurres personnalisés éprouvés.
Le capitaine Jerry sera là pour s'assurer que tout se passe bien. Les matelots travaillent uniquement pour les pourboires, il est donc requis de leur offrir un pourboire de 10 à 20%.
Veuillez vous assurer d'avoir un chapeau, de la crème solaire (non en spray), des chaussures fermées et une veste de pluie légère. De l'eau et des boissons gazeuses seront disponibles pour vous. Les drogues et l'alcool ne sont pas autorisés. Nous vous offrons des collations légères à bord. Si vous avez besoin de médicaments, apportez-les, et il est important que nous soyons informés de tout problème de santé ou limitation physique que vous ou vos invités pourriez avoir. La sécurité est notre première préoccupation. SI VOUS SOUFFREZ DU MAL DES TRANSPORTS, VEUILLEZ PLANIFIER EN CONSÉQUENCE. LE MAL DE MER GÂCHERA VOTRE SORTIE !!!

Captains Jerry & Shibu (1st Mate) gifted us memories and fish of a lifetime for my son’s 8th Birthday. Great communication through rescheduling due to potential safety concerns with foul weather conditions. Safety first, which i appreciate with my young child on board. We hooked so many fish & had a blast learning the Aloha spirit and history of Hawaii. If you’re thinking of fishing the Big Island I HIGHLY recommend this crew of experienced gentlemen. Highlight of our trip to Hawaii. Just book it!

We wanted to catch Mahi Mahi - and was a little late in the season, but Jerry and his mate (I don't know how to spell his name!) were awesome, got us into some, and we hooked and brought back three! I would have been happy with 1. Jerry did a great job cleaning the fish also. HIghly recommend to others.

1/2 Day Charter Fishing le June 18, 2025 • 4 adultes
My family of four had the pleasure of chartering Captain Jerry’s boat June 18th. Captain Jerry and deckhand Tyler were very knowledgeable and friendly. Communication was great throughout the booking and the day of the charter. My teenage boys were so excited for the trip, unfortunately the waters were less than ideal, a bit choppy, and pretty rainy (although it’s expected in Hilo). Captain Jerry and Tyler did everything they could think of to get us to where they thought fish would be. We eventually got two hooked on, but sadly they unhooked after a few minutes. Highlights were that we got to experience some amazing double rainbows, got to spend quality time with the family and great crew. Tyler even cut up a pineapple for us on the way back to the dock, which was a nice way to end our charter.

David I am sorry you ended up getting motion sickness, the ocean is not very forgiving! We do our best to advise on conditions, but everyone is different. We did hook up two nice fish, but they did end up throwing tge hook. Its how fishing is sometimes! We enjoyed your family and appreciate you going out with us. Even with looming weather, the captain waited till they could make a call so it would be safe abd enjoyable for the kiddos. My son got his first yellow tuna and sat with captain Jerry while were trolling peppering him with questions. Jerry didnt mind one bit and made the day a great memory for me and my kids. Highly recommend to anyone looking to charter a kid friendly trip.

Hi knowledge of Archeology of the big island and the sights to see while on the island made for a great time after the charter was finished!
All in all was a great fishing trip, we caught some large MahiMahi and some nice jack tuna as well
I highly recommend their charter!
