Pêche au saumon et au crabe toute l'année à moins d'une heure de route du centre-ville de Victoria !! Vivez une sortie de pêche au saumon comme nulle autre ! Pêchez et admirez le paysage confortablement à bord de mon magnifique navire de pêche commerciale à la retraite, spacieux et classique de 40 pieds, le 'Raven'. Idéal pour les sorties en famille ou en groupe (jusqu'à 6 personnes) ou pour les pêcheurs les plus passionnés et sérieux.

Faites de votre prochain voyage à Sooke ou Victoria une aventure. Pas besoin de vous sentir pressé ou de vous lever tôt, le Raven effectue une sortie tranquille par jour, généralement avec un départ en fin de matinée, et si vous avez de la chance, ce pourrait être vous !

Le capitaine Al Crow sera votre guide, vous permettant de bénéficier de ses plus de 45 ans d'expérience en pêche commerciale et récréative. Al est très respecté parmi ses pairs comme l'un des pêcheurs sportifs les plus sympathiques, compétents et performants du sud de l'île.

En plus d'être un marin et un pêcheur expérimenté, Al est également un naturaliste marin extraordinaire et peut répondre à toutes vos questions sur la vie marine et l'histoire naturelle de la région pendant que vous parcourez les rivages biologiquement diversifiés et quasi vierges de la pointe la plus méridionale de l'île de Vancouver, où une sortie typique inclut souvent l'observation de baleines et/ou d'otaries.

De novembre à avril, la pêche au saumon royal d'hiver est régulière et la pêche au crabe est excellente. De mai à septembre, c'est la période idéale pour les grands saumons royaux d'été, les saumons argentés et les saumons roses, tandis que septembre et octobre offrent une fantastique pêche au saumon argenté d'automne. Chaque sortie offre des paysages spectaculaires et quelque chose pour tout le monde.

Tout le traitement du poisson est inclus, et si vous le souhaitez, Al installera les casiers à crabes pour que vous puissiez déguster du crabe dormeur frais.

Ceux qui prévoient de pêcher dans votre groupe devront acheter un permis de pêche local (des permis d'une journée sont disponibles). Pour ceux qui prévoient d'observer, un permis n'est pas requis. Cette information est disponible en ligne : recherchez 'BC Tidal Water Sports Fishing Licence' sur Google et suivez les instructions.

Who says you cant catch fish in the winter?

Winter Chinook and Crab le December 30, 2025 • 6 adultes

We had an amazing day out on the water with captain Allan and his helper Bob. They were both so down to earth, knowledgeable, and accomodating. With their help, we caught 15 fish altogether (4 good sized chinook keepers) so it was a pretty action packed day! We went home with two big bags of salmon and a bag full of fresh crab. Captain Allan even fileted the fish for us. One of the members in our group gets sea sick on boats usually and expected to have to take gravol on this trip 
but with the stabilizers on the Raven, he didnt get sick at all! Overall, we had a 10/10 experience and will definitely be back again! You wont regret booking your fishing trip with Captain Allan!

Perfect winter charter

Winter Chinook and Crab le December 29, 2025 • 2 adultes

Allan and his crew created a perfect day of winter fishing, catching about 12 salmon (three great keepers), two full crab traps, as he taught us so much about all aspects of fishing, the marine life and land, and so much more...we could talk to him for hours.  Allan is extremely kind and patient and very good with young kids.  I was worried about taking our boys fishing in the winter as it's supposed to be slow out there, but we had double headers constantly and never had a dull moment.  Allan has a great network of friends in other boats telling him exactly where the salmon are and what to use to catch them, one of his friends out there even gave us one of their large salmon, as a gift. 
His boat was large and warm, with a stove running and had a quiet upstairs to relax too.  All around a perfect experience.

Al and Bob were great. We are a family of 4 and we did 1/2 day of sightseeing. which did not disappoint. We saw lots of wildlife from eagles, seals, seal lions, and a humpback’s. after the sightseeing we transitioned to fishing when both kids caught some Rock fish and a Sol. Al was very knowledgeable about the area as he has been fishing these waters his whole life. I highly recommend hom as your captain if you are looking for an un rushed authentic fishing experience

I took my boys on a day trip with Captain Al, their first sea fishing experience. It was memorable! Captain Al showed them how to use his gear and left them to it. Most fishing charters won’t let you set the gear up just reel it in; Captain Al let the kids have the whole experience from setting the line to getting the fish in the boat to stripping the gills. The kids loved it! The boat was spacious for our group of 6 and the heated cabin was a treat for warming up. 

Captain Al was a pleasure to visit with and was very knowledgeable about the sea life and the area.  

Our next trip will definitely be with Captain Al as I’d like to get my girls out on the water and go take his aquatic tour of the local wildlife (whales, seals, etc).

Fantastic Family Fishing Trip

We had the best time out with Al. he was a absolutely wonderful fisherman and man himself. His knowledge of the land and ocean made the experience not just a fishing trip but a true experience of the diverse biological life around van island. We all (including our 5 year old daughter!) caught multiple salmon and we caught several retainers amongst them including Chinook, Coho and Pink salmon. The boat was great for a family; cozy warm in the cabin with a table for cards/snacks for the little one, big upper deck, history of the boat itself, fishing equipment etc. and the stabilizers were huge - my husband and daughter are notorious for getting sea sick and they were both totally fine! Will absolutely recommend Al to friends and family and will be back!
