Bienvenue chez My Special 'K' Charters, votre choix par excellence pour une expérience de pêche exceptionnelle basée à Howard Beach, Queens, NY.

Notre emplacement privilégié au croisement de la 160ème Avenue et de Cross Bay Blvd sert de point de départ à nos aventures. En embarquant à bord de notre Boston Whaler 270 Vantage de 27 pieds, vous découvrirez un bateau qui incarne la sécurité, la fiabilité et le confort. Propulsé par deux moteurs hors-bord Mercury de 225 chevaux, notre bateau garantit un transit rapide et fluide vers et depuis votre destination choisie.

Avec une capacité d'accueil pouvant atteindre 4 passagers, notre sortie se spécialise dans l'art de la pêche de fond dans les eaux tranquilles et abritées de Jamaica Bay, New York. Nos services sont conçus pour satisfaire les passionnés de pêche de tous niveaux, en particulier ceux qui découvrent ce sport. Votre capitaine expérimenté possède plus de 30 ans d'expérience dans ces eaux et maîtrise parfaitement la capture de la diversité d'espèces en saison qui peuplent la baie.

Pour votre commodité, nous fournissons tous les appâts et le matériel nécessaires pour faciliter vos activités de pêche. Selon les conditions météorologiques du moment et la saison spécifique, vous aurez l'occasion de cibler le Flet, la Dorade grise, le Bar commun, le Tassergal ou la Courbine reine. Bien que nous encouragions la remise à l'eau pour la conservation, vous êtes plus que bienvenu à conserver tout poisson capturé légalement. Notre équipe filetera vos prises au quai avec expertise, vous permettant ainsi de ramener chez vous le fruit de votre travail.

Notre bateau dispose de sanitaires convenables et confortables pour les femmes et les enfants. Bien que nous fournissions de l'eau potable, nous vous demandons d'apporter vos propres boissons et nourriture. Les alcools forts, le vin rouge et le tabac sont interdits à bord.

Beautiful boat, caring captain, and non-stop action from the first drop!

3/4 Day Trip le August 2, 2025 • 4 adultes

Robert communicated well, and made sure we knew everything we needed prior to departure. Upon arrival we were stunned at how luxurious the boat was, a smooth ride, super clean and organized, with way more space than we expected. He not only provided beverages, bait and tackle, but knowledge, kindness and professionalism.

He managed to make sure everyone caught something, took pictures along the way, and sent us home with filets for diner. This trip was relaxing and exciting, filled with magic like seeing our first loggerhead sea turtle, all while keeping the nyc skyline in the background. We caught over two dozen fish, across a number of different species. All though we didn’t get any keeper fluke, Robert kept us on them the whole time, and we managed to score a few cocktail blues and a giant porgy to take home.

Regardless of your skill level Robert is the perfect patient captain who creates a day at sea that is just right for your needs. He's a local, he’s wise, he’s approachable, and he creates an atmosphere that encourages learning from someone who has so much experience to share. We highly recommend Robert for your next fishing adventure, you’ll get way more than you pay for.

Amazing captain and boat, caught +20 fishes

Half Day Trip (AM) le July 5, 2025 • 4 adultes

We went for a 4hr fishing trip on a weekend morning, and we were greeted by Capt Rob’s warm and cheerful welcome. It was 4 of us first time going fishing in New York and we’re all relatively beginners, and he was super patient in giving us guidance and tips on how to use the fishing rods. He put on bait each time, release the hook from fishes we caught and offered cold refrigerated drinks. We ended up having more than 20 catches (fluke, sand shark etc) in different areas although none passed the minimum legal size to keep and bring back home. We came super close though (caught a 17” fluke!). We all had a ton of great fun, and would definitely go back to fish with him again!

Friendly captain, super clean boat, caught 20+ fish

Half Day Trip (AM) le July 12, 2025 • 4 adultes

Our group of 4 went on a 4 hour trip with Captain Rob on Saturday, 7/12, and had a great time overall. Rob met us at the arranged spot to walk us to the boat and went over safety / logistics in a professional and organized manner before we got on our way. Rob's boat is immaculately maintained and kept very clean. Fishing grounds were a short ride away and all in all, our group caught 20+ fish (fluke, rays, sharks) with one 22" keeper fluke. What I appreciated most was Rob's friendly demeanor and willingness to help. Highly recommend for any group that contains novice fishermen who might need a little help and guidance along the way. We'll be back soon enough!

Captain Rob is top notch! We booked a 3/4 day trip and we're on fish the whole time! My wife, 2 boys (8 and 10), and I had a blast. Rob made everything so easy. The boat was spotless and even had a small bathroom onbord. Bottom fishing was new to us, but with capt robs help we all caught several fish, 20+ total! If we're ever looking to bottom fish around Queens, he will be my first call! Thank you Rob!

Best day ever!

Captain Robert was very accommodating. My sister and her daughter never fish and they loved it. They caught sand sharks, flounder and a Sea Robyn! My daughter caught a sand shark and several flounder. One of the flounder was big enough to keep. I caught flounder, they put up a great fight. If I make it back I would definitely find captain Robert to take us out again!!
