Ces eaux sont réputées pour le Doré jaune, l'Achigan à grande bouche, l'Achigan à petite bouche, le Pomoxis, le Poisson-lune, et bien plus encore – avec un peu de chance, vous aurez bonne pêche en un rien de temps.
Pour ces espèces, vous pratiquerez probablement la pêche à la traîne en utilisant de la pêche légère. Lancer, pêche à la dandinette, pêche au flotteur coulissant, tout ce qu'il faut pour mettre du poisson dans le bateau
Si vous voyagez en famille, vous serez heureux de savoir que les enfants sont les bienvenus à bord ! Si vous n'avez pas de gilet de sauvetage pour enfant, n'hésitez pas à demander s'il y en a un à bord. N'hésitez pas à apporter vos propres collations pour un regain d'énergie en cas de besoin !
Vous monterez à bord d'un bateau de pêche en aluminium de 19' pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 3 passagers. Il est équipé de tout le nécessaire.
Votre capitaine fournira les cannes et moulinets, ainsi que les leurres. Les appâts vivants sont disponibles, mais il est bon de vous renseigner à ce sujet pour savoir si vous devrez les attraper vous-même.
Avant de monter à bord, vous devrez peut-être acheter un permis de pêche local pour tous les membres de votre groupe. Cette information est généralement disponible en ligne, ou vous pouvez demander au capitaine. Certaines espèces peuvent être interdites ou nécessiter une étiquette spéciale, alors assurez-vous de savoir à quoi vous attendre.
Vous ne pouvez pas vous tromper en apportant des lunettes de soleil, de l'eau en bouteille et de la crème solaire (non en spray). Si vous souhaitez apporter d'autres boissons, demandez simplement. L'alcool est autorisé avec modération, mais essayez d'éviter les spiritueux ainsi que les bouteilles en verre.

Down to earth legend of a guide!!
5 Hour Evening Trip le July 24, 2025 • 1 adulte
I had one of the best nights of fishing of my entire life with Louie. He was super accommodating and provided tons of high end equipment, jackets, drinks and more. We moved around to many places and were regularly on the fish the whole night. We easily brought in 40+ fish if you count the baby walleyes and panfish (I sure did!!). The best part was Louie made it feel like I was just out fishing with a friend. He gave tons of advice, guidance and demonstration to help
Me master new skills quickly and catch fish. Watching a bass strike a frog lure on the surface and the multiple 16” inch plus walleyes were the highlights of the night. Couldn’t recommend Louie more. It’s so clear he’s been fishing at a very high level his entire life. If you show up and let him guide you, if there’s any fish biting, he’s gonna get you in them for sure imo. Can’t wait to go out with him again someday!! Thanks, Captain Louie!

Fantastic Fishing!!

We had a fantastic time fishing with Louie!! Louie was great about where to meet him, his boat was comfortable, and the rods and reels were user friendly. Louie did a great job explaing what kind of fish we were targeting, how to "feel" the bite/strike when the fish were subtle, and how to read the fish finder images. When fishing was slow, Louie changed locations, lures, and techniques to get us back on the fish. We had a incredible full day of fishing and we will definitely book Louie again for our next fishing trip!!

My husband had gone on company trips to northern MN and went out with guides and caught lots of walleye. I wanted to have that experience. We chose this tour because Louie only takes 2 people out and he didn’t mind that I was a rookie and also my husband is handicapped and he helped him get in and out of the boat ( which is challenging). I learned SO much and, while we did not catch any walleye, we both caught other fish. He taught us many various fishing techniques. It was very interesting and fun.

First time out with captain Louie, very knowledgeable and put me and my friend on fish. The fish were in a bad mood but captain Louie pulled all the tricks to get fish on the board. Louie is a great conversationalist and reminds you of a high school friend that you haven't seen in a long time, highly recommend to seasoned and new fisherman.

I’m recommending Fish Louie for anyone who wants an incredibly unique fishing experience. Louie was so accommodating and made me feel like I was a guest in his home. I caught fish and had so much fun doing it. If I could give Louie a rating of 10 stars I would!
