Il y a un poisson qui vous attend à Baltimore et Ditch Hag Sportfishing Charters vous aidera à le capturer ! Ayant passé de nombreuses heures sur ces marées, le capitaine Gus peut tout vous dire à leur sujet.
Ces eaux sont réputées pour le bar rayé, le poisson-chat, le crabe, la perche blanche et bien plus encore – avec un peu de chance, vous entendrez bientôt 'Poisson ferré !' Pour ces espèces, vous pratiquerez probablement la pêche à la traîne et la pêche de fond en utilisant du matériel léger.
Vous pensez emmener toute la famille ? Les enfants sont les bienvenus ! Les enfants doivent porter des gilets de sauvetage, alors renseignez-vous pour savoir si la taille appropriée est disponible à bord. Et vous ne pouvez pas vous tromper en apportant des collations pour maintenir votre énergie tout au long de la sortie !
Vous pêcherez à bord d'un Gene Travers Downeast de 41 pieds pouvant accueillir 6 passagers. Il est équipé de tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour passer une journée productive sur l'eau. Il y a des toilettes à bord pour votre confort. Les cannes, moulinets et matériel de pêche sont fournis, ainsi que les leurres. Les appâts vivants sont disponibles, mais vous devriez demander au capitaine si vous devrez les attraper vous-même.
Un premier lieutenant sera présent pour s'assurer que tout se déroule bien. Les lieutenants travaillent dur pour que votre sortie soit réussie, donc un pourboire de 10 à 20 % est d'usage.
Le bateau de pêche encadrée couvre votre permis de pêche, vous n'avez donc qu'à vous réjouir de votre sortie ! Gardez à l'esprit que vous devrez peut-être relâcher certains poissons en raison de la réglementation. Si vous ne savez pas à quoi vous attendre, demandez au capitaine.
N'oubliez pas d'apporter des lunettes de soleil, de la crème solaire (non en spray), de l'eau en bouteille et un chapeau. Si vous souhaitez apporter d'autres boissons, demandez simplement. L'alcool est autorisé avec modération, mais essayez d'éviter les spiritueux ainsi que les bouteilles en verre.

We were all beginners except for one. It was a family fishing outing. We learned a lot about fishing season rules and signs to look for where fish may be biting. Captain Gus and first mate Dave knew where to troll and proper depths for lines. They really wanted to us each to have the opportunity to reel in a fish and we all got to take some freshly filleted Rock Fish home. It was delicious. Captain Gus even honored our request to take us out to the Chesapeake so we could enjoy the sunset before returning to the marina. It was a very good experience. I wasn’t sure what to expect, but what I saw was a very clean vessel, an experienced captain and attentive first mate who were very nice and love what they do.

Great afternoon fishing with Capt Gus and Chuck

This was our first charter experience fishing in Maryland and decided to do a scouting trip with Capt Gus. My family, friend and I had a great time on the water hunting rockfish and doing some bottom fishing. The rockfish were elusive and not biting at all, and while Capt Gus was apologetic for not landing any, his energy chasing them was awesome. We landed some catfish and he put us on the croaker and white perch.
I will be scheduling another trip very soon and I highly recommend Capt Gus and the Ditch Hag for your fishing outings.

We went out on a family fishing trip and had a great time! Everyone caught a fish even the kids. We definitely recommend Captain Gus, he kept moving around to different locations. His mate was a great help as well always making sure everyone was in the right spot to avoid our rods from being tangled. We will only book with captain Gus from now on.

what a perfect day! we booked a trip to celebrate my son's 22nd birthday and we had a blast! these guys worked hard to make sure our experience was memorable! they were super knowledgeable and taught us a lot about Rock fishing! there's nothing better than bringing home fish fresh caught! 100% would go with these guys again!
