En pêchant dans les eaux de Barnegat Light, selon la période de l'année, les espèces suivantes sont disponibles : Bar rayé, Flet, Tautog, Bar commun, Coryphène, Thon rouge et Thon albacore. Thonine commune et Bonite, Thazard atlantique et Thazard barré. La façon dont nous attrapons les poissons varie entre la pêche au lancer, la pêche à la traîne, la pêche à la dérive, ou peut-être quelque chose de plus spécialisé dans cette région. Le Capt. Frank peut également vous initier à la pêche au cerf-volant.
Nous nettoyons et emballons votre poisson, alors apportez une glacière.
Aucun permis n'est requis car le bateau de sortie encadrée possède tous les permis d'État et fédéraux pour capturer et conserver légalement les poissons pêchés.
Le Capt. Frank croit qu'il faut apprendre aux enfants à pêcher dès leur plus jeune âge, alors n'hésitez pas à amener toute la famille ! Les enfants doivent porter des gilets de sauvetage, alors renseignez-vous pour savoir si la taille appropriée est disponible à bord. Les clients sont encouragés à apporter des collations pour maintenir leur niveau d'énergie !
Vous vous retrouverez à bord d'un Sea Hunt Gamefish 30 de 30 pieds à console centrale avec une capacité de 6 passagers. Il est équipé de tangons et de tous les équipements essentiels ainsi que de toute l'électronique dont aucune machine de pêche ne peut se passer. Il y a des toilettes à bord pour votre confort. Le Capt. Frank fournira les cannes et moulinets, ainsi que les leurres. Des appâts vivants pour certaines espèces aussi !
Il est toujours sage d'apporter des lunettes de soleil, un chapeau, de la crème solaire (non en spray) et de l'eau en bouteille. Si vous souhaitez apporter d'autres boissons, demandez simplement. L'alcool est autorisé avec modération, mais essayez d'éviter les alcools forts ainsi que les bouteilles en verre.
Nous essaierons d'accueillir les personnes handicapées, mais vous devez nous informer à l'avance de leur condition afin que nous puissions vraiment évaluer le niveau de service que nous pouvons fournir.

Family Fishing Trip

We chartered a trip yesterday with Captain Frank. Booking was super easy. We arrived at the dock and met Captain Frank who was already set up and ready to roll. He welcomed us aboard and off we went. It was an inshore trip that would be our families first. My wife and 2 of our three boys have never caught fish before and Captain Frank made sure we were on top of the fish. Everyone left with at least one catch under their belt. The entire time Captain Frank was keen to keep the boat positioned and had limitless patience when it came to untangling lines and keeping all the hooks baited. His hard work meant that we were able to spend the maximum amount of time fishing.
Captain Frank is very personable and we are looking forward to booking again. Highly recommended.

We can’t stress enough how amazing this trip was from initial communication, transparency, and the fishing trip itself.
We had few rescheduling due to the bad weather and Capt Frank made sure that we are advised. The week before the trip Capt Frank ensures that we have all the options we need, from meetup location to the breakfast nearby where we stayed at.
On the trip itself, Capt does have coolers prepared for when you don’t have one even a sunblock spray. His equipped with different kind of rods for different kind of fishes. We were trolling for Tuna and we tried so hard to get one but no luck for us. We tried for mahi-mahi but no luck as well. But seems like we don’t have any issues for catching bluefish.
Overall the trip was awesome, different experience. Hopefully next time we get some action for Tuna.

That inshore bluefin bite got covered with bluefish. Even the big baits. Nov Dec bluefin action is the best.

Had an amazing time shark fishing with Captain Frank. He clearly knew the waters well and got us right on the action over a shipwreck — hooked into multiple mako sharks and had a few intense fights. The setup was solid, everything was ready to go, and he gave clear guidance without ever overstepping. It felt like a real hands-on experience, not just a tourist ride. If you're looking for a real fishing trip with someone who knows what they're doing, this is it. Already looking forward to the next one.

I took my two young teenage boys on their first ever Charter boat. I have to say Captain Frank was an amazing teacher and had patience of a saint. He was very attentive and took us to multiple locations where we caught multiple fish, not all Keepers but my boys got the experience of catching fish on a boat. Captain Frank also extended our time and did not charge us he wanted to make sure that my two sons got the full experience and caught as many fish as possible.

I booked an 8 hour solo trip and had a great day of fishing. Captain Frank knew right where to go to put some fish in the boat quickly. I think in total we landed about 13 and would have been more but fishing with just Frank and I we couldn't reel all 4 fish in at once when we would get hooked up. Id highly recommend anyone that is looking for a guide down here to give him a call. Very nice boat and equipment for anything you come across.
