Andrew was great. He put together a father and son trip we both remember forever. Very informative, learned a lot, and fished for different fish doing different styles. My son even bird’s nested the reel and he acted as if it was no big deal and patiently fixed it, most importantly, he didn’t make my son feel bad. I will be booking with him in the future.

Captain Andrew was great! He was knowledgeable, helpful, and pleasant. The boat was perfect for the type of fishing we were doing and the 150 Hp Yamaha performed well. My wife and I caught 7 Blues, 3 Sheep’shead, and 1 Spanish mackerel, and lots of rock bass we returned to the water. Andrew cleaned and bagged our catch at the finish of our day. We didn’t catch a lot of fish or any big fish, but he did everything possible to put us on fish! It is called fishing, not catching- right?😊
Captain Andrew was very knowledgeable and patient. It was rather slow fishing day but certainly he did his best so we could catch some fish. We ended up catching 2 keeper red drums and two nice sheepshead. Captain even offered an extra hour on the water which paid back with a red drum. We were provided equipment, bait and water, kept our catch, got it cleaned... what else do you need.. Thank you Captain, see you in the future.

Andrew did a great job of showing us the area and explaining the fishing and we had a great time. I would recommend Andrew to anyone looking for a down to earth guy with a passion for success on the water.
Captain Drew was super knowledgeable of the waters and put us on some fish quickly! Will definitely be booking again!
Our trip with Capt Andrew was great. His communication before the trip was excellent. He recommended going out in the ocean vs inshore based on recent success. He was very knowledgable and easy going. Genuinly wanted us to catch fish and tried many different areas and methods. We eneded up catching a few and overall had a great time. Highly recommend!

Full Disclosure - Captain Andrew is my son. Andrew has been an avid fisherman ever since he learned to walk. Other than the four years when he played D-1 Football in college he has been on their water every chance he gets. You would be hard pressed to find someone with more varied experience. Geographically he has fished in the Bahamas, in the Gulf of America and inshore and offshore North Carolina from Swansboro to Manteo. He knows how to target every species of fish and he knows what is running. He loves seeing the enjoyment his clients get out of reeling in fish and they normally return to the dock with a cooler full. I have fished with other guides and they were good too but I never had the success that I have had with Captain Andrew. He is in high demand so if you see a date agreeable to your schedule book it before someone else does. Suggestion - ask about his night trips. Few guides do those but Andrew does them and night time fishing is frequently some of the best fishing.

If you are looking for the fishing trip of a lifetime for your kids, this is it! Boating with Captain Andrew is fun and adventurous, as he shares his enthusiasm for fishing with your kids. At the same time, Mom and Dad feel safe because there are no high waves and surf where he takes you. Lots of opportunities for making lifetime memories. Big smiles all around!
Captain Andrew was very responsive, knowledgeable, and easy going. We had a great day on the water and the captain worked very hard to make sure we got a good catch. Would definitely book this charter again!
