Passez la journée avec Let's Hook Up Fishing Charters et laissez-les vous montrer ce qui rend la pêche à Geneva-on-the-Lake si mémorable ! Le capitaine Donny sera votre guide, apportant à bord des années d'expérience locale.

Le doré jaune, la truite arc-en-ciel (Steelhead), la perchaude et bien d'autres espèces se trouvent dans ces eaux, selon la période de l'année. Pour ces espèces, vous pratiquerez probablement la pêche à la traîne en utilisant du matériel léger.

Si vous voyagez en famille, vous serez heureux de savoir que les enfants sont les bienvenus à bord ! Les enfants doivent porter des gilets de sauvetage, alors renseignez-vous pour savoir si la taille appropriée est disponible à bord. Les collations sont autorisées à bord — apportez vos préférées pour que personne ne devienne grincheux le ventre vide !

Vous pêcherez depuis un Wellcraft walkaround de 24 pieds pouvant accueillir 6 passagers. Il est équipé de tous les éléments essentiels dont aucune machine de pêche ne peut se passer. Les cannes, moulinets et matériel sont prêts pour vous, ainsi que les leurres. Les appâts vivants sont disponibles, mais assurez-vous de vous renseigner à ce sujet pour savoir si vous devrez les attraper vous-même.

Avant de monter à bord, vous devrez acheter un permis de pêche local pour tous les membres de votre groupe. Cette information est généralement disponible en ligne, ou vous pouvez demander au capitaine. Certaines espèces peuvent être interdites ou nécessiter une étiquette spéciale, alors assurez-vous de savoir à quoi vous attendre.

Ce n'est jamais une mauvaise idée d'apporter des lunettes de soleil et de la crème solaire (non en spray). Les boissons sont incluses, gratuitement. L'alcool est autorisé avec modération, assurez-vous simplement d'éviter les spiritueux forts ainsi que les bouteilles en verre.

Great Day on the Lake

My son and I went out for our first chartered trip and had a great experience with Let's Hook Up Fishing Charters. Captain Donny was very proactive in communicating with us and happily answered any questions we had. He really made an effort to ensure that the trip was what we wanted. He knew right where to put us on the fish but he didn't try to rush us to limit out and hurry back to the dock. Instead, he gave us plenty of time to move at our own pace and really enjoy the day. If you're looking for a charter on Lake Erie, I'd highly recommend Let's Hook Up!

This Captain was AWESOME!!!

This was my first experience with a charter fishing boat. Captain Don was absolutely amazing. He made sure we found a day that the waves were not too high. He took us to his favorite hot spots and we caught great walleye. The fish averaged about 22” long. He was very generous about how long it took us to catch the best walleye. This captain is the best I could ever imagine. if I could rate him higher, it would be an absolute 10. i will recommend him to whoever I can. Thanks Don for an AWESOME time.

Hey guys, thanks for the review. I really enjoyed taking you  guys out. You two were a lot of fun and picked up very quickly on the do's and do not's of getting a fish to the boat. I'll be looking forward to seeing again in the future.

This trip was a father's day gift from myself and our children for my husband! The Captain, Donny, was amazing from start to finish! Communication was easy and frequent when necessary. Accommodating when we had to change our trip date. Overall pleasant and friendly, helpful and welcoming! My husband's smile after the trip said it all! My mother-in-law enjoyed herself as well. This was their first charter experience and they both will be returning to book with Let's Hook Up again!

Excellent Time

The trip was amazing. My boy and I went and had a great time. The captain was very personable and shared different fishing techniques. Great conversation. He took time to try to catch a steelhead on our way in. Our time was already up, but he really wanted to see if one would bite. It was a long shot, due to the time of year, but he took the time to do it. I appreciated it. Thank you for a great trip. We are planning on another trip for 2026.

Got our limit of beautiful walleyes

Half Day Trip le June 12, 2025 • 2 adultes

We fished with Captain Donny on 6/12/25 and had a great time. Donny is a knowledgeable fisherman, as we limited out with a bounty of nice walleyes. He tried a few different baits until we found the right combination for this particular day. We averaged 18"-24" with a couple 25-27" and one fish Ohio at 28.5". Im looking forward to the next time we can fish with Captain Donny as we had a great day on the water.We threw many 16-17" fish back.

I had a blast taking John and Justin drift fishing yesterday. The bite started out a little slower than usual with a steady northeast wind but we made a few adjustments and it was game on. They're great guys to have onboard and I'm looking forward to taking them out again. Tight lines guys!
