Des espèces comme le vivaneau mangrove, le Snook, le tambour noir, le Tarpon, la Ladyfish, la dorade à museau de mouton, le poisson rouge (red drum), le cobia, le maquereau roi (Kingfish), la truite tachetée, le Tripletail, la carangue crevalle et bien d'autres pourraient mordre, selon les conditions. Lors de ces sorties, vous pouvez vous attendre à faire de belles prises.
Votre machine de pêche pour la journée est un bateau de type bay boat Scout de 22 pieds pouvant accueillir 4 passagers. Il dispose de tout l'équipement essentiel. Le Capitaine Cody fournira des cannes et moulinets haut de gamme. Les appâts vivants sont également fournis.

I would recommend Captain Cody in a heartbeat! He made us feel like he really cared about getting on some fish. I had my 9 and 7 year old boys with me and he was great with them. My boys already told me if we come back to the area they want to go fishing with Captain Cody again. Even though it was a slow start and the fish weren’t hitting right away, we did catch some catfish. Captain Cody wasn’t satisfied with that. He said we were going to target sharks and that’s when it happened. We pulled in a 4ft bull shark and my boys will never forget it. They are still talking about it weeks later. He never stopped trying and that’s what we remember the most. I can’t recommend him enough. Thanks Cody! We will be in touch next time we come down.

After our original trip with another guide was cancelled due to weather, we booked a last‑minute fishing excursion with Reel Lucky for the following day — and we’re so glad we did. Cody was an incredible guide!
We fished around Merritt Island, where he grew up, and his knowledge of the area, wildlife, and fish made the experience even better. He was personable, friendly, and made us feel right at home on the water.
He put us on fish immediately — our very first spot was a winner. Our family of four caught 16 redfish during our 4‑hour trip, and they were an absolute blast to reel in!
We had such a fun day and would highly recommend booking a fishing trip with Cody and Reel Lucky. An awesome experience all around!

The reality fell short of expectation, but perhaps that is on me. I knew my guest loved fishing so decided to dedicate a day to his passion. I felt the best way to ensure success was by booking a boat and captain who had the knowledge and experience to make that happen. It didn’t. But not for lack of trying. The captain had the equipment and experience needed but perhaps my expectation of success was not realistic because the only person who hooked a fish was him. I got to reel it in but that was it. My guest caught nothing. So disappointed, yes. But that’s on me.

I just wanted to personally thank you again for coming out with me today. I know it wasn’t the kind of day we were hoping for numbers wise, and I completely understand that catching only one fish isn’t what anyone has in mind when they book a trip. That said, I really appreciated your positive attitude and the effort both you and your guest put in. Fishing can be unpredictable at times, and while we worked hard to find them, some days just don’t line up the way we want. I always give 110% to put my clients on fish, and I truly value the trust you placed in me. If you’d ever like to come back and give it another shot, I’d be more than happy to have you out again and work to make the next trip even better.

Cody is the man!!! Jokingly told my 8 year old son we might catch a fish a big as he was... little did I know we were gonna catch three bigger than him 🤯!!! My son and I will remember this trip for the rest of our days! All the glory to God! Thank you Cody for the awesome trip and incredible memories!!
