Earl’s Guide Services, LLC

Earl was great my son and I went fishing with him for 3 days two days were for Spoonbill and my son and I were able to catch 31 between the 2 of us. Our largest one was around 50 pounds. Earl also taught my son and I how to bow fishing at night for spoonbill, gar fish, and we had a wonderful time. Earl is a wonderful man who loves fishing and he will go the extra mile to get you on the fish. In the 3 days of fishing we caught Spoonbill, short mouth gar fish and we also caught channel catfish and blue catfish are largest blue catfish was 9.1 pounds. Earl made this one of the best fishing trips that my son and I have been on. Earl also put us on the catfish with his friend Caidin who was great. Earl and his friends will show you true Oklahoma sprit and he will do what he can do to make it the best fishing trip. my son and I will come back and we will only go out with Earl.
Even though our trip had a few hiccups here and there we had a wonderful time. Captain Cameron turned the day that could’ve been miserable due to rain and other issues into a fun fishing trip. He was great with our son who is disabled and our moody teenager. He interacted with all of us and made the trip fun for everyone and we still caught lots of fish! I highly recommend booking a trip with Captain Cameron and Earl’s fishing guide service!

24 Hour Bait teamed up with Cameron Earl Guide Svc to show two disabled combat vets, a fun day on the river snagging paddlefish. We fished from shore, because we wanted to learn how to catch them from the shore. The boats are too easy, we wanted the challenge. And that's what we got. Thanks Cameron

Was promised to be in fish and the Capt. Delivered. Paddlefish were also as advertised. Amazing fight. Also caught spotted gar.
Bought this trip for my husband for Father's Day and highly recommend Earl's Guide Service! They caught so many fish and Camron was an amazing captain fro start to finish! Money very well spent!
Cameron was very helpful and patient with 2 novices at snagging paddlefish. my daughter is 12 and she enjoyed every bit of it! He was very polite and respectful.

I only could put 5 stars but i would give way more! Greatest time ive had in a long time! Caught lots of fish and made lots of memories! 10/10 would recommend!

First time experience & this is our honest review. Cameron was friendly, nice, & seemed to be knowledgeable about fishing. Our booking was for 5 hours and we paid $475, it was rescheduled for 6pm due to a situation with Cameron, we understood and were told that this later time also meant a better chance of catching catfish at night considering the 5 hour we booked. We ventured on the waters only to see how flooded it had become. Cameron did give us the option to try and fish, with catfish being our only luck, OR reschedule for another day. We chose to fish due to our schedules. After fishing for a few hours, the weather wasn't great and after 4 total hours Cameron called it in. The kids were pretty bummed to not have caught ANYTHING, but one small catfish we released. And we aren't happy that we paid $475 and walked away with the cooler we brought of drinks and had an hour cut from our time. We are understanding and reasonable people, perhaps a disclaimer would be great on trips that are "delayed", "cut short" and "no fish caught" with adjustments on charges for such experience.
Cameron met us out at the Oologah Dam spillway as discussed and told us what to expect. We had a lot of rain and the gates were open so he took us down river. I had a fish about 10 minutes in although I lost it right at the boat (my fault). My husband who isn’t a great fisherman had a 39lb fish about an hour in and tagged out. After that I was looking for my big one. With the river running fast it was hard to find a big one although we tried. Cameron had the highest energy and determination I have ever seen in a guide. He was determined that I was going to get a fish! I landed a couple of small ones and just as our time was up I got a medium sized one. (It will make a couple of meals!) and although he wanted to keep trying I’m the one who raised the white flag. We had a great day on the river. It was a gorgeous day, Cameron was a great guide and fun to hang out with and we couldn’t have asked for anything but bigger fish. We will definitely highly recommend Earl’s Guide Service to friends and we will be back to do this again!
