If you're looking for a fishing trip of a lifetime that you will never forget, Gills & Bills Guide Service can make it happen. This is a professional charter service in Lake Charles, Louisiana run by Captain Conlon Brashear. Capt. Conlon is a very experienced guide that has been fishing the lake his entire life, and loves satisfying his customers by putting them on the fish.

Come aboard his 25' Haynie center console boat, which can accommodate up to 4 anglers. It is powered by a 300 HP Mercury engine, and is equipped with GPS and fishfinder. Its spacious deck will allow you to tackle any of the species found in these waters in comfort.

Lake Charles is home to the best fishing estuary in Louisiana, known as Big Lake or Calcasieu Lake. This place is known for its trophy Trout, big Bull Reds, and an abundance of Flounder. Other species you may encounter include Sheepshead, Black Drum, and Tripletail.

Capt. Conlon offers a variety of trips. For those looking for something more relaxing, there are scenic boating trips up the Calcasieu River. Regular bookings hold up to 4 people per boat, but the captain can also accommodate more guests.

All trips include fishing gear, tackle, and bait, as well as catch cleaning. As an added bonus, all guests will receive a free hat upon arrival.

Pick up is at Hebert's Marina or Calcasieu Point Marina is recommended, while pick up and drop off (by boat) can be organized from Lauberge and Golden Nugget Casinos.

Great Trip!

Had a blast! Highly recommend. We have been with alot of guides trying to find one to stick with for a yearly trip. This is definitely the one, caught a lot of fish even though conditions were not fairable. Capt. Conlon with Gills and Bills was far above the rest. Will definitely see you again next year and hopefully many more.

Great Guide, Great Fishing, Great Time

We had an awesome day out on the water with Austin. He put us right on the fish and made sure we were catching them the entire time. Super hands on, super helpful and just a fun guy. We caught several fish and had the best time. I highly recommend booking with this guide service.

Chilly but great day!!

Was a chilly morning to be on the water but Captain Mike worked hard to get us on fish! slow start to the day but almost every spot he tried produced a couple fish. Would definitely be back for another round with these guys!!

great trip! andrew was great guide, kept moving us around to mske sure we got in dome fish. He was also grest with my 11 yo sone who doesnt have lots of experience. we will be back! highly recommend!
