Lors de ces sorties, il est courant de pêcher à la traîne et de pratiquer la pêche de fond en utilisant du matériel léger ou lourd.
Vous pensez emmener toute la famille ? Les enfants sont les bienvenus ! N'oubliez pas de demander si des gilets de sauvetage pour enfants sont disponibles, sinon vous devriez apporter les vôtres. Et vous ne pouvez pas vous tromper avec des collations pour que personne ne devienne grincheux le ventre vide !
Votre bateau pour la journée est un bateau de pêche sportive Radon de 34 pieds pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 6 passagers. Il est équipé de tangons, d'un fauteuil de combat et de tout l'essentiel. Il y a des toilettes à bord pour votre confort. Votre capitaine fournira les cannes et moulinets, ainsi que les leurres. Des appâts vivants sont proposés, mais il est bon de vous renseigner à ce sujet pour savoir si vous devrez les attraper vous-même.
Vous aurez l'aide d'un premier lieutenant pour vous mettre sur le poisson. Les lieutenants travaillent souvent pour les pourboires et il est d'usage de leur offrir un pourboire de 10 à 20%.
Vous devrez obtenir un permis de pêche local avant la sortie. Cette information est généralement disponible en ligne, ou vous pouvez demander au capitaine. Certaines espèces peuvent être interdites ou nécessiter une étiquette spéciale, alors assurez-vous de savoir à quoi vous attendre.

Sortie de 6 heures – Partagée - 10h30 le juillet 9, 2026 • 4 adultes • 2 enfantswe took our teenage boys out for the first time deep sea fishing!! it was so fun seeing both lines hit at the same time and watching them reel in huge Ahi yellowfin tunas! apparently its not as common to catch but we caught 4 Huge ones, over 100lbs and a Mahi Mahi!! some notes: TAKE THE SEA SICK MEDS!!!!!! The waters around Kauai are NEVER calm, its like being out in a storm from the mainland! After my boys reeled in their first and only fish, they both got sick despite taking dramamine. Get the one that starts with a B the locals swear by. the most disappointing part was when we got back, we only got to keep fish from 1 Tuna and the Mahi Mahi. While we were on our last day, it worked out ok, but the other couple was local and had planned a large BBQ for family. I feel with the cost of the trip itself, all of the meat should have been ours to split and maybe 1 of the fish was for the Captain/mate to split. not just keep all of them to turn around and go sell to make even more money off of.

It was obvious that Captain Jeff and Joe knew this could be our only off shore experience in Kauai and they wanted to make it great for us and they did just that! We found out quickly after we returned, all the locals know Captain Jeff and wasn’t surprised to hear, not only did we catch fish, we had a great time doing it! Thank you guys for making our once in a lifetime trip so memorable!

Captain Jeff and his boat hand joe were super kind, determined, and made it a great experience. We all ended up catching 15 skipjacks. Jeff called this morning just to make sure we could find him. Book this charter! it was amazing, they even cleaned our fish and we get to bring it home to eat it. Bring your best sea sickness meds though, water can be choppy. 🐟

Our captain Jeff went back through the baitfish 3 more times so that we caught more and more fish. We stayed out about an hour longer than the tour was supposed to last so that we would have a great experience. Thanks for a great time!

Jeff and Joe were on top of things and were amazing to work with. The water was rough for sure but catching amazing tuna made it worth it. Also, some of our friends on the trip got sick and Joe was right there with a bottle of water to help them out. Great trip. Great group of guys. Loved it.

Not only did they find fish, they handled everything from making sure everyone felt okay, coaching, equipment, and getting the fish in the boat. They were well educated, fun, and good at what they do. Highly recommend this charter for anyone thinking of going out fishing.

We brought in pleanty for dinner and lost a few just because we had to many lines running at the same time when they hit. Its ocean fishing so be prepared for waves but boat held well.

They gave 110% the entire time working to get us on as many fish as possible. Great lowkey vibes and appreciate all of their help for our first deep sea fishing experience. They knew exactly where to go and we ended up catching 14 Skipjack tuna, which made the trip even more exciting. Everything, from the boat to the gear, was well prepared, and the crew made sure everyone had a great time. Highly recommend this charter to anyone looking for a fun and successful day on the water!

We had a great experience overall! The captain and his first mate were absolutely fantastic throughout the trip. They were friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and made everyone feel welcome and safe from the moment we boarded. It was clear that they genuinely cared about making sure their guests had a good time and enjoyed the experience. One thing that future guests should be aware of is that the water was incredibly choppy on the day we went. Unfortunately, I personally wasn’t able to enjoy the excursion as much as I had hoped because the rough conditions made it difficult for me to fully relax and take everything in. However, that was completely beyond the crew’s control and certainly not a reflection of the service provided. Despite the challenging conditions, the captain and first mate handled everything exceptionally well and maintained a positive attitude throughout the trip. Their professionalism and attention to passengers really stood out. If you’re considering this excursion, I would definitely recommend it, especially on a calmer day when you can fully appreciate the experience.
Bummed our group didn’t get a bite but our captain tried his best and was super chill. Saw hella dolphins and the back side of the island that’s not accessible by car + a banging double rainbow. I had stomach issues and they hooked it up with the private commode! Would definitely take this charter out again if I make it make to Kauai. Cheers
