Si vous êtes prêt à vous passionner pour la pêche à Erie, ne cherchez pas plus loin que Mapalad Sport Fishing. Ayant passé de nombreuses heures sur le lac Érié, le capitaine Jay peut tout vous dire sur la pêche locale.

Selon la saison, vous pourriez ferrer de la Truite arc-en-ciel (Steelhead), du Doré jaune, et tout ce qui mord. Vous pouvez vous attendre à pêcher à la traîne pour vos prises.

Votre bateau pour la journée est un spacieux Baha Sport Fish Hardtop de 29' avec beaucoup d'espace pour accueillir confortablement jusqu'à 4 passagers. Nous avons des gilets de sauvetage pour enfants (50-90 lb). Il est équipé de downriggers, de planer boards, d'électronique et de tous les éléments essentiels sans lesquels aucune machine de pêche ne peut fonctionner. Il y a des toilettes privées à bord pour votre confort. Les cannes, moulinets et matériel de pêche sont fournis.

Il y aura un premier lieutenant à bord pour vous aider à ce que votre sortie se déroule sans accroc. Le lieutenant travaille pour les pourboires et il est d'usage de lui offrir un pourboire de 10 à 20%.

Vous devez acheter une licence de pêche de Pennsylvanie avec un permis Truite/Lac Érié avant la sortie. Ces informations sont généralement disponibles en ligne, ou vous pouvez demander au capitaine.

Quelques articles à apporter incluent des lunettes de soleil, de la crème solaire (non en spray) et de l'eau en bouteille. Une glacière et de la glace pour vos prises. Si vous souhaitez apporter d'autres boissons, demandez simplement. L'alcool est autorisé avec modération, assurez-vous simplement d'éviter les alcools forts ainsi que les bouteilles en verre. Veuillez prendre un médicament contre le mal de mer selon les instructions avant votre heure de départ.

Fantastic time fishing with my son for his 14th birthday

Both of us had a fantastic time catching our limit of walleye. Capt. Jay and First Mate Brian are professional, friendly, and very happy to share their knowlege about the lake, the fish that live in it, and how to catch them. We left for home with several large freezer bags filled with fillets and cheeks and made a fantastic meal out of some of it later that evening. We highly recomend booking a trip with Mapalad.

Great Boat!

Captain Joe and Tony were fantastic. Booked last minute and they did not disappoint. Both were very attentive and you can tell they love there jobs. Took my 7 year old daughter out for the first time and they were attentive and great to her and their instructions. Limited out in 2 hrs but either way there are no bad days on the water. We know now who to call for Lake Erie

Late Season trips. 2-4 person trip - 2:00 PM le October 11, 2025 • 4 adultes

We had a fabulous day out on Lake Erie with Captain Jay and his first mate on Mapalad, Sport Fishing. We were able to catch our limit for the day. At the end of the trip, all the fish were cleaned and packed in ice for us. The trip exceeded our expectations. We were the last excursion for the season.  We will be booking a trip for 2026!

Great Morning Trip

Had a great morning trip, with the possible bad weather/waves somehow missing us.  My dad and 9 year old daughter had a great time! Captain Jay was very nice, knowledgeable and helpful, and 1st mate Brian was amazing.  Very experienced and great with my daughter. Caught our tickets and had a very good time!
