Captain Mohamed Latheef also operates the Dhebanveli Guesthouse, a well-equipped fishing lodge on Nilandhoo Island, surrounded by rich fishing grounds. With a lifetime of experience, he'll make sure your time is put to good use.
The Alpha Royale is a 50' offshore sportfishing boat. The vessel can venture out far offshore in search of game fish such as the notorious Yellowfin Tuna. The boat features a spacious saloon, outfitted with benches and a dining table, a bathroom, as well as a simple kitchen. It can accommodate up to 8 anglers.
Fishing-wise, Alpha Royale has a fighting chair on board, outriggers, and the standard fish finding and navigational technology. The crew uses Penn International rods and reels, working hard to put you on the fish with all the equipment, lures and live bait provided.
These waters are abundant with different species like Sailfish, Wahoo, Trevally, Tuna, Grouper, Jobfish, Spangled Emperor, and Mahi Mahi. For overnight fishing trips, Alpha Royale also features sleeping facilities that can accommodate up to 4 anglers.

Une excellente partie de pêche. Même si nous sommes des amateurs, contrairement aux bateaux de pêche de l'hôtel (qui me semblent plutôt être des bateaux de promenade), ce bateau m'a semblé vraiment professionnel - beaucoup d'espace à bord pour pêcher, plein d'équipements de pêche, notamment un échosondeur. À voir les gestes bien rodés du capitaine et de son premier lieutenant, on comprend tout de suite que c'est leur passion. Résultat : pour notre première sortie de pêche, nous avons attrapé un voilier de 2 m, et l'enfant a remonté un Wahoo d'environ un mètre. Une expérience inoubliable, un grand merci au capitaine, je recommande à tout le monde. Ah, et bien sûr, le prix est nettement inférieur à celui de l'hôtel.

Super capitaine et super équipage. Bien sûr, il vaut mieux aller pêcher le matin, car le soir n'a pas ramené de gros poissons. Nous avons cassé plusieurs hameçons en tentant d'attraper un gros poisson. Il y a un four sur le bateau, nous avons pris environ 10 poissons et ils nous les ont cuisinés. C'était une super aventure ! Et oui, c'est un grand bateau avec des toilettes - c'est important, gardez ce point en tête.
C'était une expérience incroyable ! J'ai réservé une sortie d'une demi-journée pour mon mari car j'étais sûre de ne pas survivre plus longtemps en mer, mais il vaut clairement mieux opter pour une sortie à la journée complète. Le bateau est vraiment grand et confortable, et le temps passe très vite. Le capitaine est vraiment professionnel 👏 Parfait 😉 Les rêves deviennent réalité, une grande Carangue dorée ! Merci beaucoup à tous !!!
Nous avons pêché avec les garçons pour la deuxième fois. 2 jours inoubliables sur l'eau, avec beaucoup de plaisir et de nombreuses prises variées. Jawidh et son assistant font tout pour rendre la sortie de pêche inoubliable ! Nous reviendrons, c'est certain !
