Mark Lorenc Charters offers seasonal trips for trophy fish in Lake Erie, departing from Dunkirk, New York. The captain moves his boat so you will be able to catch the most active trophy gamefish on the eastern-end waters of Lake Erie. He'll do what it takes to put you on the fish all season long!
Step aboard a 22' Skeeter boat, powered by a 300 HP Yamaha engine and a 9.9 HP trolling motor. The boat can comfortably accommodate up to four guests and comes equipped with two Humminbird Helix 12 Chirp/SI depth finders, a GPS, and two VHF radios. There is an I-Pilot electric trolling motor fitted, along with an in-line planer board system with twin triple rod holders, a live bait tank, and an ice-box for the refreshments, or your catch.
Mark Lorenc Charters operates from different ports on the eastern end of Lake Erie. Choose your trip according to how much time you want to spend on the water. Mark Lorenc Charters offers four and seven-hour packages for Smallmouth Bass, Trout, Perch, and Walleye. The season starts in April and goes through October, fishing every day of the week.
For your fishing adventure, Mark Lorenc Charters will provide rods, reels, tackle, lures, and live bait. If you decide to keep the catch, the captain will clean and fillet it for you after the trip so that you could take it home and taste for dinner later. Feel free to bring your own food and non-alcoholic beverages with you (preferred). Please note, that smoking is not allowed on board!

A Fabulous Day on the Lake!

This was an excellent trip in every aspect. 2 out of 3 of us are new " fishers". Captain Mark did a wonderful job explaining things, baiting hooks, removing fish, driving the boat and give us lots of nice history of the area. He was moving all the time, it seemed. The captain runs a well organized, professional charter. He is truly a nice guy as well as a great captain.
We caught walleye, which is what we wanted, plus some throw back sheepshead, perch and small walleye. It was lots of fun. It was also perfect weather and Lake Erie is a beautiful lake. We left from Dunkirk and definitely will go again with Captain Mark. Highly recommended.

Had a lot of fun with Capt. Mark. Talked a lot about the strategy of fishing, and how all the equipment works. After fishing Erie for so long, he has a lot of knowledge. His boat is very nice, and the caption a great guy. What more can one ask for.

We had a great fishing experience & we are already planning on coming back in may for smallmouth bass. Would highly recommend Captain Mark Lorenc to anyone wanting to fish Erie for any species of fish in the lake he is very knowledgeable about them all & he will do a great job getting you on fish.
