Zanzibar Big Game Fishing est une flotte de bateaux qui emmène des pêcheurs du monde entier vers les meilleurs spots. L'entreprise est située à la pointe nord de l'archipel. Un emplacement si pratique vous permet de profiter de la meilleure pêche en haute mer d'Afrique !
L'équipage vous accueillera à bord du 'Baloo', la véritable fierté de la flotte. Il s'agit d'un bateau à flybridge Walter Brun de 36 pieds, construit en 1985. Cette beauté est propulsée par deux moteurs Volvo Penta de 360 CV et peut accueillir confortablement jusqu'à huit pêcheurs.
Le Baloo offre tout le confort d'une maison. En descendant du poste de pilotage vers la cuisine, vous trouverez une chambre et une salle de bain. Le Baloo est entièrement équipé de sept cannes et moulinets Penn International pour réaliser de belles prises. Il dispose également de sièges confortables sous la cabine spacieuse. C'est l'endroit idéal pour se protéger du soleil !
Il y a tellement de prises potentielles dans l'eau qu'il est difficile de trouver une seule raison de revenir à terre. Les eaux regorgent de grands bancs de Carangue géante, Thazard barré, Thazard-bâtard et Barracuda. Ces monstres sont disponibles toute l'année. Le Marlin et le Thon sont des visiteurs saisonniers. De plus, il y a des Voiliers et des Coryphènes prêts à mordre !
Zanzibar Big Game Fishing et son équipage vous offriront leur assistance pendant la sortie. Tous les forfaits incluent le matériel, les équipements et les appâts. La capture, le nettoyage et la préparation du poisson peuvent être effectués sur le vaste pont.

A trip to remember with family and friends

The organising was professional and efficient. Peter the captain was experienced and Isaac his second in command was great. We only caught one barracuda but the trip was enjoyable. The boat was clean and one of the better boats in Zanzibar. We had enough food and drinks and space on the boat. Remember to ask about what you want to do with the fish if you are planning to keep some of the catches.

Well managed fishing trip.

Beautiful day out. Very spacious boat and well eqipped for the trip. Quiet from a fishing prospective (caught one Wahoo) but the team worked hard to ensure we had every opportunity to catch more. Really enjoyed our half day on the boat and would recommend it.

A very windy day with rough seas.
The conditions didn't allow for proper fishing.
It would have been more appropriate to advise us to postpone the trip until the afternoon or the following day.
Furthermore, the captain and crew boarded the boat when we did, so the boat was still unprepared. We left the dock at 7:00 instead of 6:30 and returned at 11:20, so the planned 5 hours didn't pass.
Furthermore, on our return, no one came to pick us up with the tender, and the crew had to swim to get the tender to land, and we waited half an hour to get off.
Another boat from the same organization that went out with us also didn't catch a single fish.
$850 and half a day of vacation wasted.

Our fishing was excellent despite having a feeling of trepidation having never used fishing booker before.
The communication from Zanzibar Water Sports was excellent and when we arrived for the day Claire (?) on the reception was very welcoming.
After taking final payment she took us over and introduced us to the deck hand.
After arriving on the boat we were reassured by the professionalism and after a thorough safety talk, the captain and deckhand set to work.
Before you know it we had the outriggers down and six rods were set up with different configurations.
Unfortunately for us we didn’t have any joy of catching a fish despite chasing some bird activity and seeing a few tuna out of the water.
The captain tried every trick in the book but for us on the day it was no go. The seas were fairly lumpy as well and we were soak by a passing rain storm.
Despite our lack of fish, we would use Zanzibar big game fishing again and would recommend then to others.

Thank you for the review Carl, greatly apreciated and thank you for the constructive feedback in regards to the pasta. We will look into this and see how we can chnage it up a little or change the dish that that pasta is sitting in so that it does not get affected by the elements
