La Caroline du Nord est l'un des joyaux de la côte est des États-Unis pour la pêche. Grâce à son emplacement fantastique, les pêcheurs ont pu atteindre le Gulf Stream et pêcher les pélagiques en une fraction du temps qu'il leur faudrait normalement. Avec Lucky Strike Charters, vous pouvez faire de même.

Montez à bord de leur bateau de pêche sportive au large de 40', construit par le fabricant compétent Key West, restauré en 2004. Il est propulsé par un moteur Caterpillar massif de 660 CV, lui permettant d'atteindre une vitesse de 30 nœuds. Cette vitesse en fait l'un des bateaux de sortie encadrée les plus rapides de la région, ne perdant pas de temps pour vous amener aux eaux de pêche. Il est également capable d'accueillir jusqu'à 12 pêcheurs en même temps, parfait si vous planifiez une sortie organisée pour des groupes.

Le capitaine Ed Elliot est un pêcheur expérimenté et opérateur de sortie encadrée, étant un pêcheur de deuxième génération. Combiné au fait que Lucky Strike Charters a plus de 40 ans d'expérience dans l'affrètement des eaux locales, vous êtes entre de bonnes mains pour vivre une excellente aventure de pêche. Tout l'équipement nécessaire pour votre sortie choisie est fourni par les opérateurs de la sortie encadrée. Cette sortie encadrée offre un ensemble de sorties fantastiquement variées : des excellentes expériences de départ telles que la pêche de fond pour les Mérous près de la côte, jusqu'au combat contre le Thon albacore lors de sorties sérieuses au large, allant jusqu'à 90 miles !

Lucky Strike Charters accueille volontiers les pêcheurs de tous niveaux et a une sortie pour vous, que vous teniez une canne pour la première fois ou que vous vous prépariez à ferrer ce Marlin. Il n'y a pas de politique d'âge minimum pour les enfants, toutes les tailles de gilets de sauvetage sont fournies. L'équipage fournira un service de nettoyage et de filetage des prises gratuitement.

La polyvalence est leur point fort, donc l'annulation gratuite est disponible jusqu'à 1 jour avant le début de la sortie.

“Bucket list” Catch- checked!

Wow! Shipmate Brian and Captain Ed were accommodating in working with our limited schedule to help us get the best experience possible! My avid fisherman, husband wanted to target shark, (my request was to catch a hammerhead) they delivered!And our daughter, and son-in-law caught their biggest fish yet!
When spending several hours out on the water, a bathroom is a must for me, and moving out quickly to find great fishing spots, not having to spend all your time traveling-made the boat and knowledgeable, Captain and shipmate worth every penny!
I will definitely be booking with them for our future fishing trips! We give them two thumbs up! And five stars!

Best fishing trip ever!

To say this was an incredible and unique experience would be an understatement. We were looking for a family fishing trip where we would catch fish and have memories to last a life time. We accomplished both! The captain and first mate(Mango) went above and beyond to deliver that experience! They were attentive, entertaining and took very good care of us. We caught over 50 fishes and were able to bring 24 home! We are already talking about scheduling out next trip with them. If you don't book your fishing trip with them, you are making a big mistake. Thanks guys and we look forward to the next trip!

evening fishing trip

Night Fishing Trip le April 7, 2026 • 3 adultes • 1 enfant

our family of four went on an evening trip from calabash. We spent the first half of the trip trolling and caught dozens of Bonitas and mackerel and the second half we decided to try fishing for a shark. The captain was knowledgeable and flexible to allow us to try different fishing styles during our charter. The first mate, Brian, was very friendly and hands-on assisting us catch several fish. Once back in dock Brian filleted and bagged our fish so we could take them with us. The boat was very clean, had an inside sitting area, a bathroom, and plenty of safety equipment. I would definitely recommend the First Strike charter to family and friends.  Thanks for helping make our vacation fun and successful!

We HIGHLY RECOMMEND LUCKY STRIKE Fishing Charters; very memorable trip!!!

5 Hour Trip le April 3, 2026 • 6 adultes

The Caption and first mate, Ryan, were exceptional!!  They take great pride in what they do and it shows. The size of the boat was great, with a cabin providing a/c or heat if needed, a place to get out of the sun or inclement weather and a sizable lavatory. Lucky Strike had more amenities than any oither fishing charter I've been on. We had nine family members and friends and there was plenty of room for everyone. We caught 9-10 bonitos, afterward, Ryan expertly cleaned and sliced into fillets. It was fun feeding the scraps to the pelicans on the deck, inluding one-legged Pete! We cooked some of the fillets that evening and they were awesome!  It was a perfect day that will go down in the memory books :)

great day on the water with kids

we had a great day on the water.  Captain ED and first mate Brian were very knowledgeable and extremely entertaining to our 13 and 10 year old.   we immediately left on time and quickly arrived at our spot about 5 to 10miles off the shoreline. we did trolling and bottom fishing.  We caught 9 Bonitos and several bass.    Brian was extremely fun and engaging with our kids and let then be as independent as they wanted but was always there to help when they needed it.   After arriving back on shore ED filleted the catch and my kids had more fun feeding the pelicans.   This is a safe and well run operation led by professionals who enjoy what they do and go above and beyond to ensure kids and families have a great time.  we will definitely be back.  We highly recommend captain Ed and his staff!!!
