    (Half Day Trip (AM) (copy))

    Best Day Out

This trip is therapy on water, bond with buddies, relax, catch up on with friends , is is screen time heaven. you will have an adrenaline fuelled fun. We kept catching fish all the way through the trip . Bob the skipper is ace, provided cofffee and tea, his side kick bates your hook and sorts the fish put when you land them. This trip is great for 6 people who want quality time together. This trip is the best day out you will have on the sea

    Ótimo! Absolutely fantastic trip!

My two kids (13, 15) and I did a morning tour and the captain had us on the fish right away. we caught conger eel, monkey fish, & sea bass. Our captain was knowledgeable, kind, and incredibly helpful. 10/10, would recommend to anyone visting Lisbon!

    Fishing Experience

Capitan Eduardo was a great host explaining everything in detail for us. It was my 13 year old first time in open water fishing. The conditions were not ideal but we made the most of it. Would recommend it.

Conger Eel fishing draws anglers who love a hard, gritty fight. Conger Eels are powerful, long fish that live around rocks, reefs, and wrecks. They hit baits with force, dive back into cover, and test your skill and gear. Many anglers target them for the challenge and the chance to land a true heavyweight.

You can catch Conger Eels by bottom fishing, which means placing bait on or near the seabed. This works around inshore structure like piers, jetties, and breakwaters, and also on offshore wrecks and reefs. Fresh fish baits such as Mackerel, Herring, or Squid are popular. Use strong tackle, an abrasion-resistant leader, and sturdy hooks to keep fish from cutting you off on rocks.

Expect a tug-of-war and short, fast runs. Conger Eels twist and use structure, so steady pressure and patience matter. This trip suits anglers who enjoy power fights and nighttime action, since Congers often feed more after dark. Bring gloves, a headlamp, and non-slip boots. Handle fish with care and keep fingers clear of the mouth. A quick photo and a safe release are common if you are not keeping fish.

Before your trip, check local fishing rules. Confirm license and permit needs, open seasons, and harvest limits. Some areas have special gear or release rules, or protected zones. Regulations change, so review the latest guidance from local authorities.
