Tengu Charters - Edmonds / Seattle
Double check wirh the Captain. The Fishing Booker is not as accurate as one would expect. Our trip was on the Columbia, which was a happy surprise for me, having grown up on the banks of the river. HOWEVER, I was looking for a trip farther North, resulting in the additional expence of a nights stay atva motel.

Si c'est votre première fois à pêcher à Edmonds, partez avec un capitaine local expérimenté qui connaît les eaux et les réglementations saisonnières. Septembre était excellent pour le saumon argenté, et les touches ont commencé presque immédiatement pour nous. Habillez-vous en couches car les petits matins peuvent être froids sur l'eau, prenez un médicament contre le mal de mer à l'avance si vous y êtes sujet, et apportez une glacière pour vos prises. Le plus important, écoutez votre capitaine et profitez de l'expérience.

Cette sortie part de Port Orchard et nécessite environ une demi-heure pour atteindre les zones de pêche. Le trajet peut être un peu agité en raison du trafic maritime. Cela le rend un peu inapproprié pour les très jeunes enfants, mais les enfants plus âgés peuvent très bien s'en sortir. Le Saumon demande un certain effort pour être ramené à bord, gardez cela à l'esprit, mais le capitaine est là pour aider. Ce pourrait être une excellente expérience pour les débutants.

Wish there weren’t so many restrictions on what fish you can keep. Captain Mathew follows all the rules we so were able to keep one out of the 7 that we caught. Even so it was a fun experience

Great port to leave from. Its a pretty area and we celebrated our first day fishing for salmon with Snoqualmie Ice Cream!

due to state regulations and later in August fishing was slower than we wanted. We still got 2 keepers out of the trip though so we're satisfied!

My husband booked this trip for us last minute while we were on our honeymoon! We hadn't planned this in advance so I was a little concerned I wouldn't have the right gear, but thankfully Lamont's boat is very comfortable and smooth! There is an enclosed cabin that made traveling out for the Lingcod relaxing and comfortable. Lamont is very friendly, knowledgeable, and fun to talk to. We had the best time, our freezer is full of fish and we will be back again. Thank you!! - Kate

Captain Justin was great and keep us moving around to find the fish to catch. Wonderful trip for my 2 teenage sons, we caught over 10 Salmon, being able to keep 7 of them. Highly recommend Captain Justin.
