Great fishing trip with Damian.

Preparation for Ahmed’s trip started two days in advance, with bait fish successfully caught the day before departure. The weather forecast for the 5th looked promising, though it’s currently the monsoon transition period, where conditions can change rapidly. We began the trip at 10:30 AM under calm and favorable weather. Early on, we had a few strikes while trolling and managed to land one good wahoo along with a needlefish. As the afternoon progressed, sea conditions began to deteriorate. By 3:30 PM, heavy rain set in and continued steadily until around 5:30 PM, making fishing conditions challenging. Despite the weather setback, extra effort was made to ensure a good experience, and the trip was extended by an additional three hours for Ahmed. Overall, a challenging day due to changing weather, but still a worthwhile trip with some solid catches.

We started our trip at 12:30 PM and kicked things off with some casting. The action came in nicely as we hooked a variety of species including red snapper, trevally, grouper, and white emperor great start to the day. Later on, we switched to jigging and managed to land two solid groupers, adding more excitement to the trip. We wrapped up with some trolling, but unfortunately didn’t get any strikes during that session. Despite that, the overall trip was amazing,

Switching things up, we moved to deep jigging and had much better action landing a few solid groupers, some strong amberjack, and even 2 beautiful mahi mahi. As the day went on, we wrapped it up with some evening trolling, which turned out to be the highlight hooking and landing 3 impressive wahoos
