Kid friendly trip

Conditions were tough in Grand Isle last night, with dirty water and poor visibility making bowfishing difficult. We covered plenty of water and worked hard for every opportunity. We did have the one that got away—a good one that gave us a shot but managed to escape. That’s bowfishing; some nights the conditions just don’t cooperate, but we still enjoyed a night on the water with Marsh Monster Charters.

The bite started off slow this morning, so we made a move and it paid off! Found the redfish stacked up in the reeds and put a nice box together. Sometimes a change of scenery is all it takes! ??
