The blackfish (tautog) has been very good with limits on very trip and plenty of action with shorts and seabass. Depending on the tide after catching our limit of blackfish (tautog) we go catch a few stripers.

We have been catching strioers from 26 inches to 46 inches. Mostly on small conventional tackle and light spinning tackle. The porgie and sea bass fishing is off to a goods start too.

The striper action has been very good. Plenty of light tackle action on spinning rods and light conventional tackle.

The striper fishing is greeting better everyday. Plenty of slot fish along with fish in the 40 plus inch range. The porgies fishing has been very good. Most people rea hing thier limit in short time which allows use to target other species.
