Fishing in July and August shot off like a bullet in Galveston Bay. The trout fishing has been great using live croaker for bait and live shrimp. The reds have also been cooperating with us also eating croaker and shrimp. We have been fishing deeper water due to the high temperatures this time of year. Fishing should remain hot into September.

July has been great for speckled trout. Wexare catching fish using live shrimp and croakers for bait. Good numbers of trout with scattered reds.

Fishing has been great this fall with the warm temps. Reds and trout have been hungry ambushing live shrimp when presented correctly. Drum have also been pretty steady.
